Was pleasantly surprised by this food court stall. They get 3.5 stars. Black pepper beef was decent. Thai grilled chicken was pretty good with a bit of char & firm flesh. One of the worst places to eat, even in a food court. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and I experienced behavior that felt borderline racist. This isn't a one-time issue -- I've seen others report similar treatment to the mall office. The food is not authentic Thai at all. I literally crave this place all the time, especially when I was pregnant. The best Thai noodles - my mouth is watering thinking about them. I also love the BBQ chicken (real chicken chunks, not rubbery at all) and their spicy beef dish is also . My son loved their sweet sesame buns too. A must if you're having a mall trip. read more

My rating is 3.5 stars. It's a good thing that I didn't read the only review for this place in the food court. Apparently, food violations were through the roof a few months ago. Well, I'm here to tell you that I had a good experience. I normally do the teriyaki place, shawarma joint, or Cultures. What caught my eye here? Green beans. I love green beans. I can eat them for months and be perfectly content. This place has the tastiest green beans with garlic I have had at a food court. Crunchy, garlicky goodness! My noodles were more on the greasy side, though. The honey-glazed chicken was yummy. The food is on the saltier side. So, my can of Diet Coke wasn't good enough. I had to get another beverage at Starbucks to quench my thirst. I'd l come back here again. It is obvious that health and safety improvements have been implemented. I'm fine hours after my meal! They just opened the new store as the mall has gone many renovations. It is much cleaner looking and the food selection is even bigger then before. The meal I got today was thai noodles and black pepper beef. It is a bit spicy and delicious. I highly recommend the beef as it is my favorite at this place. They even offer a special Chinese food now called and please excuse my terrible translation - cha siu bao. They are bbq pork buns that are so good !!! read more

Rude workers there. Pricier compared to other mall food. The food itself is okay can't complain.

Food is actually quite good. My only complaint/concern is that some items are not hot when you receive them. I have had the Thai noodles and coconut shrimp on several occasions, and the shrimp has not been hot each time. I had the food right when they opened, so this is concerning from a health standpoint. read more

Awful! Malay Curry Chicken comes like bland curry sauce with no salt, Thai Shrimp is not cooked well. Price is ridiculous. They call regular KFC size drink as large for $2.89+tax. Very pricy. read more

I think this is my first review so hears goes nothing. Full disclosure, I've only been here twice. First time a few weeks ago, and had the fried rice and some chicken with mixed veg combo. Food is tasty, albeit a bit greasy, but I'm used to it as I'm Oriental. Taste as fresh as downtown food court. However I noticed that they now have a "noodle" bar, and I love wonton noodles. I wasn't expecting the variety you'd get at a Ramen bar, or Wonton specialty places in any of the Spadina/Dundas or Markham/Richmond Hill places. So when I finally had the chance to try it last weekend, I was skeptical but wanted to at least think it was passable. NOPE, I was misled. For the price you pay you get less than half the amount of noodles then I'm used to. Half the bowl is filled with bean sprouts. The wontons clearly came out of a frozen food package, and fell out the wrapping as they were being 'served' into a bowl. The only redeeming quality was that you get Chinese bok choi lettuce and soup base was flavourful. Unfortunately, there is still no decent noodles (soup based) in Aurora/Newmarket, not including Pho. Stick with the combo rice or fried noodles, its the safe bet here. read more

I attempted to eat dinner here today but I couldn't stomach it. I ordered the sweet and sour tofu which I have had at this location before and enjoyed. My first bite made me wince with how salty it was. I tried mixing it around hopping I just got a bad piece but all the tofu was the same. It was almost like it was soaked in brine. It just tasted like pure salt. I let my partner try a bite and he couldn't stomach it either. I didn't want to make myself sick by forcing it down so I went up with my full container to ask if there was anything they could do. They offered me more tofu, but not from a new batch. They said I could pick a different entree but as a vegetarian tofu was the only protein option. I asked if they could make a new batch of tofu and they declined. I asked them to try the tofu for themselves and they declined. I asked for a refund and they said no. I ended up getting steamed broccoli as my replacement dinner. Hardly worth the $12 it cost. I understand that things happen and maybe they made a bad batch of tofu but the lack of customer service will keep me from coming back here for sure. read more

The people working were so rude to me and my mother. No clear communication skills. The food was terrible. I will definitely be contacting their head office. I am genuinely not someone who complains about things, but as this was truly a terrible experience I felt the need to say something. read more

Is it the best Thai or most authentic Thai or the cheapest Thai? No. But it's cheerful and tasty enough. Curries are great but could be spicier. Great staff. read more
