My wife and I and our grandkids decided in Ruby Tuesdays since they have never been there before and we used to go when we lived in NY. My wife and I had the creole Tilapia and it was delicious! We were stuffed. Grandkids had the typical children items, Mac and Cheese and chicken fingers etc. but at-least they liked it and were very happy with their meals as well! You know how picky and fussy grandkids are! We were very happy with the food, service and attention from the waiter to ensure we were happy. The service was really poor. When we arrived there was no one waiting and maybe 8-10 tables currently seated. The hostess stated 10-15 mins then walked away. About 20 mins later my wife asked if we could be seated while we waited for a server. The hostess stated he would have to asked permission. We were seated and waited another 10-15 minutes to get a server. Once we ordered the food was just meh. The server was better than the hostess, but made no efforts to remove dishes from the table during passing or when bringing refills. They need better staff or more training. Wow disappointing. Used to be a fan but hadn't been in years as the ones near where I used to live closed. I see why. Ordered the hickory bourbon chicken which my wife stated "she has seen better hospital food" the lobster bisque which was flavorless and the new and "improved" salad bar. It was the same stuff as always and they have the nerve to charge 8 bucks as an add on? The restaurant itself looked as if it is on its last legs with the section near us dirty and looking abandoned. Good enough , we were hungry. More of an Applebees type place than I remembered, the chicken in the salad seemed prepackaged. They still have the salad bar from years ago, but it is a little high at $ 13 no bread, or $ 6 as an add on. It is not grand enough to justify that. read more

Never been to Ruby Tuesday before and never will again. The first thing I noticed is the smell. It smells like old cigarettes and grime. The table we sat at has stuck on food and a sticky surface. We asked for the table to cleaned and got a quick wipe with no cleaning products used. Salad Bar was a dripping mess of mostly half empty containers of food. They need to go ahead and just shut this location down like they've been doing with others. We went there for the salad bar they've always been known for and a few popular items were missing from it. When we asked the host to go check in the kitchen to see if they had those items that were missing, he came back and said "they told me they haven't had any for 5 months"! My review was sent directly to Ruby Tuesday 8 days ago with no response There were two in our party.There were very few other diners there.We ordered our entrées and waited almost an hour before our server came to our table to let us know that there would be a longer wait for our meals.He then proceeded to tell us that they had been closed most of the afternoon and only opened 1 hour before we arrived and this was the reason our orders were so late.Why wasn't that information given to us when he took our order ? After all of this we decided that we would just package everything up in to go containers to take home.After getting home and opening everything up,everything was over cooked,dry and hard.The only thing edible was the French Fries.The Chicken Strips,Shrimp,Ribs...were way over cooked.We ordered a steak that was dried out and unrecognizable.The Crab Legs( the server also notified us that the restaurant ran out Claw Crackers when he brought the Claws to the table,not when he took the order)were very dry and again not edible. $100 spent between Dinner and Tip and we threw everything in the trash but the French Fries. The restaurant was nicely decorated. The greeter was very friendly. Was seated very quickly. Hostess took order rather fast answering any questions. The salad bar had a wide variety of vegetables and dressings. I love the salad bar. Got quite a bit of food for amount paid. The burger was very flavorful, and appealing to the eyes. Baked potato was ok nothing to rave about. Spinach dip was very good and the chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and paired with the honey mustard or the spinach dip was delightful. Just had "date night" with my hubby and the food was PHENOMENAL!!! Our server, Sonya, was just as sweet as she could be, she made sure we were taken care of, chatted for a friendly minute during some slow time, and really made our night. My hubby and I love to dine out but the quality of food has gone down terribly with the exception of Ruby Tuesdays! I'm not mad about the money I spent to eat, I'm absolutely stuffed because the food was so good, and would definitely recommend. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time! The food was fantastic--we had the mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadilla, Cajun chicken pasta (swapped for crispy chicken--so good), and the chocolate chip cookie skillet to finish it off. Ordered thru Door Dash tonight. Really enjoyed the potstickers which were pretty tasty and crispy. Also liked the Bao Buns. I got a variety including Chicken Teriyaki, Beef , BBQ and Cheeseburger. We have been in here since my daughter loves the salad bar. When we have been in here they have not been busy and our servers were attentive and nice, but not too much since they didn't have too many tables. The salad bar is always clean and organized for my daughter to pick all of the different toppings she likes. She typically orders the buttered pasta with the salad bar and enjoys that when it comes out between her salad bar trips. This last trip I had the Asiago Bacon Chicken dish. I have not been to a Ruby Tuesday in years but over the weekend my daughter and I ordered their lunch through Door Dash. Our food arrived quickly and all of the food items were hot with some steaming. They have beautiful fresh made salads and some other healthy items but we jumped right Into the Classic Sampler and two Chicken Tender meals. I was surprised that they hand bread white meat chicken using a buttermilk batter. The tenders were fresh, tender and juicy. It came with a honey mustard dipping sauce, french fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was very wet making it difficult to taste the actual cabbage but the fries were great. The Classic Sampler comes with mozzarella sticks, soft pretzels and artichoke dip. The artichoke dip was piping hot and loaded with cheese. The mozzarella sticks were the traditional convenience food product but cooked perfectly. What happened to this place!!! I went to this location with my two friends after playing basketball. I decided to get the new chicken sandwich. That was a mistake. The chicken sandwich pattie was burnt and the cooks drowned the sandwich in sauce. There were so much sauce that my bun was soggy. I got a handful of stale fries. Luckly i didnt get what my friends got. One got a brisket sandwich which they piled a whole bunch of toppings that made it hard to eat. My other friend got the brisket taco and couldn't not finish it because it was so bad he said the meat tasted rubbery. I feel like the quality of food has drop because Ruby Tuesday is trying to cut cost like all other businesses. The mango ice tea was good though. I love Ruby Tuesday, especially for their salad bar. So when I called in advance to see if they were still operating one the young lady said they were. She also mentioned that face masks were required as well as using gloves which they provided. I drove an hour to go here for dinner because they were adamant about how they were handling safety precautions, however, while I was there I saw it differently. I came for the endless salad bar but only went one time after I saw a few guest not only serve themselves at the salad bar with no masks on, but they were having full blown conversations and laughing while doing it. Right over the food! Employees were filling the salad bar while this was happening but never advised them or reminded them about their masks. My table was right in front of the salad bar so believe me I was paying full attention to it. Then I realized guests were coming in and walking around the restaurant without a mask. I did not feel comfortable with that so my stay was short.
