Bone in ribeye with pickled onions

Went last night for the first time. For starters, the restaurant is beautiful inside. Loved the ambiance. Our waiter was amazing but I do not recall his name. We ordered the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. It came with two sauces and we loved both. For entrees, I ordered the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. It came with pickled red onions and roasted tomatoes. Steak was cooked perfectly and the onions were a great touch. I ordered the chimichurri sauce to go with it. Also amazing. My husband ordered the scallops. They had a perfect search on them. They came with green beans which were way too salty. I would say that the scallops just needed some acidity like lemon to help bring out the flavor of the scallops. Overall we loved Crafted. They even had a live singer while we were there and she was amazing.

What a charming little restaurant in downtown Clermont! We were in town for Thanksgiving with family and they wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday early...and we requested a steakhouse! We had a dinner reservation for the night before Thanksgiving and for a good bit of our meal, we were the only ones there - but it did start filling up a bit throughout the night! We were six adults and service was fantastic. My husband opted for a one of their steaks, as well as the macaroni and cheese; he also started with the lobster bisque which is poured tableside and was literally so good - not too heavy on the cream and full of lobster and flavor. I started with the tomato heirloom salad - it was so unique and fun; from the charred lettuce, to the pesto flavor, to the fresh heirloom tomatoes and cheese - I really did enjoy this light way to start the meal. Then, I opted for the scallop dish - which was good! I didn't love the candied orange bits that were used for garnish, but did enjoy the rest of the meal! For his dessert, they brought out an odd dessert - it was like a lava cake...but with strawberries, caramel sauce, and topped with cotton candy? Haha, we all enjoyed trying it and all enjoyed different parts of it - but as a whole dish, it was a bit of a strange concept. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would certainly go back!

What a delightful place. I had the opportunity to try them out for brunch and they were so kind. First I enjoyed the water and the option to choose between cucumber, lemon, and lime slices for it. Bottomless mimosa option. Clean bathroom. And white cloth service. I had steak and eggs for my meal and everything was cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed the peppers which tasted like a dash of curry was in it. While there time flew by and we watched a couple come in 5 min before brunch close and they didn't turn them away and still provided the couple great service. I was also excited to see they had parking available behind the establishment.

Everything from the sourdough bread to the lobster bisque was delicious. The lobster bisque was a bit spicy but tasty. The crab app was not spicy and plentiful and no celery. The octopus was a bit over charred but also good. The fennel threw me off but the olives and truffle sauce made up for it. The beef carpaccio was solid. The apps came out faster than our drinks which was surprising. We went downstairs to the speakeasy which closes at 11 and it smelled like the bathroom. Either they were short staffed or they were not ready for a crowd because once again it took twenty min to get one drink.

I really wanted to like this place. The bread and butter were the highlight of my meal. I found the plate to be odd with tons are garnishes that seemed out of place. The steak was very salty and the lobster Mac and cheese had no flavor. Needs to be improved for the price. The old fashioned came in what looked like a stemless wine glass and the crafted sickle cocktail was very very bad. Our server was very nice and if the food was good I would have returned.

Amazing gem of a restaurant in Claremont! We booked dinner here for a family member's birthday and everything was delicious! When we arrived, we were escorted to a gorgeous table in the center of the restaurant beautifully set for our party. The host was incredibly gracious when I requested a large booth instead to avoid the need for high chairs. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables, and even a few dining rooms. Once we were seated our server arrived and was so welcoming and just downright wonderful. I feel guilty now for not remembering her name, but that's what happens when I don't write my review right away! She helped guide us through the menu and offered a number of specials, one of which we ordered. My scallops and risotto were perfectly seasoned and just the right portion, and my in-laws loved their shared tomahawk for two. My husband loved his filet, and the restaurant was so gracious to send a beautiful desert on the house to celebrate my mother in law's birthday. They do not have a dedicated kids menu, but there are a few kid friendly options on the menu like the side of mac and cheese, which was a big hit. All in all we had a wonderful experience at Crafted and we will definitely come back the next time we're in Florida.

The cocktails were phenomenal, probably the best in all of Clermont. The service and presentation were also fantastic. The steak was high-quality and well-seasoned. Overall, a great place for a date night or a special occasion.

We like to frequent this restaurant at least once a month but we've been so busy that it's been months since we've been in. Upon walking in we were instantly recognized by Neel and he was so happy to welcome us back. We sat at the bar as we usually do and Anji took care of us. She was attentive, personable and was an absolute joy to talk to. One of the servers, Orphel, even recognized us and came over to ask why we haven't been in lately. We love that everyone here builds a rapport with guests to a level that they instantly recognizes them, even if they haven't been in, for months. As far as the food, we never eat here without ordering lobster bisque. It's our favorite and still holds true. We tend to order different items each time and we have never been disappointed. Tonight we kept it simple and ordered the Chopped salad and the tuna tartare. The soft boiled egg on the salad was perfect and I could drink a glass of that delicious dressing. The tuna tartare was beautiful and served with taro chips that my husband was obsessed with. I barely got any because he ate that so quickly. Needless to say, it was nice to see that one of our favorite restaurants is still keeping up with the quality of food and service that we've grown to love and we look forward to the next date night out.

First time here and they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch--attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. I had the Cowboy Steak and my wife went with the Filet Mignon--both cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. The appetizers were just as impressive (especially the mushroom soup and beef carpaccio--chef's kiss). Even the drinks were on point! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service. Can't wait to go back.

They have a fantastic variety of beers and other drinks (like sangria and margaritas) on tap. If you're seeking a drink only, it's great for a quick drink and listen to live music. However, our visit today was disappointing. There were many bored looking individuals hanging around everywhere chatting with each other, and it was distracting overall for us and our server. The food? Subpar at best. They used to have delicious sushi options, now gone. The nachos quality was so bad that we ordered, picked at it and then finished our drinks and ran off. I could literally taste the stale corn chips, grocery brand salsa and queso. If you can't make it better than I can in my home kitchen, I'll opt to just stay home or go somewhere else. I am sorry to post this because Clermont Brewery was a favorite for us as locals. However, the new ownership seemingly has driven what was unique and delicious from this restaurant. We won't be back anytime soon.

Luckily I ended up getting a parking spot kind of at the front, in the dirt parking lot across the street. My friend's uncle had saved us a table so that wasn't a problem but inside was packed as well. I really enjoyed their version of bingo. It is cash only so make sure you're prepared. But they start off with normal 5 across and then play different designs on the square. You also play for money every time so depending on how many people pay in... for one $2 game the pot was around $800 and for the fill the square, last game which is $5 buy ins, it was over $1800!!! The food was also good. I started with a strawberry basil mojito. It's served in a regular glass which I felt was worth it bc usually those are served in those small cups. For dinner I ordered the chicken quesadilla, 1000/10 recommend. It looks small but they stuffed that baby with chicken. The flavor was great and it came with salsa, sour cream and guac. I did end up trying my friend's truffle fries and they were also so so good, I wish I ordered an order of those for myself. Unfortunately this place is a little for from me but if I get invited to bingo again I'm saying yes!!! So much fun
