Daughter ordered shrimp pasta for her me her mom and burger for herself, so she thought online. When tried to add a salad, burger was kicked off order. Unfortunately mushrooms and dressing smelled and had strange consistency which possibly due to not being chilled on ice. Stated once in vehicle, was told she was wrong, had not ordered burger and very humiliated by employee. Wasn't even asked if wanted to place another order for one and treated like an inconvenience. Be aware if ordering pickup, there's a fee, taxes, forced tip. I was using a gift card to treat her for her birthday. What a mess. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was made totally wrong, with tomatoes inside, no bacon or scallions inside, and not served with the pico and sour cream. It was also tossed on a disposable plate piled on top of each other (each piece like it was thrown on.) The waitress was great and took it off the bill but did inform me even they said when she took it back it was messed up. My daughters sliders, the cheese wasn't melted but were other wise okay and speaking of non melted cheese, check out the "cheese fries" also sans scallions covered in what appears to be canned cheese sauce (which tasted gritty like it was old and separating) non melted shredded cheddar and bacon crumbles. No ranch served like in the menu. (Also arrived when my mom was finishing up her entree) The fries in the kids meals were so bad my two year old was like "nope" and he eats old McDonald's off the van floor. My mom got the chicken Alfredo, the broccoli was hard and it looked and tasted like it had been microwaved from frozen. She ate it though because she was starving. And said it "wasn't horrible but not great. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect a ton from chains but come on man. She took orders, served food and drinks, bussed tables while sanitizing, checking her sections(obviously understaffed) and got groups bills while attending multiple tables in an entire giant section. 5 stars to her!! The food sucked. The management and general cleanliness was terrible. My soggy chicken Caesar salad was burnt on one side, barely cooked on the other. Shameful. The artichoke dip was glistening with oil and Luke warm. Chips were fine. Took a few bites, didn't bother asking for a redo, because that would have probably taken another 45 minutes. For a week night it was slow, and so was service. We were seated and waited so long we had already decided what we wanted to order. Menus were stacked at the end of the table. I will say the wait staff was great!!! The food however was not very good at all. I came with my three kids whom are not picky eaters. My oldest had the nacho appetizer for and entree. Not good at all she asked for jalapeños on it, literally got 2 slices. My sons ribs were "ok" and "warm". My other son's burger was decent. I had the rib eye. Way too salty and very thinly cut. I dont know what happened to this place between the time I moved here two years ago and friday April 17th 2020 but the quality of food has gone completely down hill. The mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless, both the 12oz rib eye and the 6oz sirloin were over cook and looked greasy by the time I opened them from our to go boxes. The burgers had cold melted cheese like it had been sitting for longer than 5 minutes and the fries were not fresh. The only saving grace of the whole thing was the pineapple upside down cake. If a person gives you a set time to pick it up, it should be made just slightly before they arrive, not a while before they arrive and made to sit. Also I get social distancing, but you need more than one server out in the lot checking on people, also someone to pick up the phone. I shouldn't have to call 26 times with no answer and sometimes a busy signal before having to drive there and hope I can catch the only guy working the lot. Furthermore beyond the quality of food being terrible, the 6oz. sirloin was not even with my order when I picked it up. But the look of the food, that was well before I even went back to get my dang dinner. Next time I'll just go to mcds and get some hot fresh food. read more

Handicap ladies stall out of use. Floors disgusting. Employees kept going outside to do whatever. There were only 4 other booths occupied and after the ones around us left, tables were not cleared off. We were charged for a full rack of ribs instead of half, charged for 8 oz sirloin vs 6 oz. Took server 3 times to get it corrected after going in and outside the restaurant. My husband complained to the hostess. A lady that said she was her mother followed us out to the car and opened the driver door and started yelling at us for being rude to her grown daughter. Never written a review before, but felt compelled after sitting at the bar. I walked in and there was a seat at the bar, sat down and figured the bartender (Justin) would be over to wipe off the bar. After not asking me if I needed anything for 10 minutes I figured I'd grab a napkin and wipe it down myself(obviously someone sitting there before me with tons of crumbs). Finally came over and asked me what I wanted to drink, brought the drink and never asked if I wanted a menu. I could see the guy sitting to the right of me was having issues with service. I looked at my husband like what?! The waiter quickly went to hand over some waters he had in his hands and came back to us. The bill had a liquor tax on it so i dont know how he could "adjust" the prices. So my husband asked for another bill with what we ordered to compare to make sure we're paying for what we ate. He said sure and left, came back to look at the bill and take a picture of it and left again. At this point we're getting frustrated because we've been so patient and understanding. In the end he comes back and says "it's taken care of." My husband and I look at each other like huh ? So I remind him that we haven't paid and just want to pay for what we ordered. Regardless if the food or service was bad were honest people and we don't like to make a scene. We would just rather pay for what we ate and never come back. But he explained because there's been so much confusion and mistakes he decided to just take care of bill. Not a bad place to stop on the way north or south on Rt. 13. The place is clean, the menu varied, and the service decent. This was the best place I found to eat while I was in the area. After several trials at other restaurants, I've finally found a place I will go back to for lunch or dinner. This was actually my first time at a Ruby Tuesday even though they have them everywhere. I had the steak and lobster for $14.99, and it was great! Very impressive for the price and quality, also the cheddar bisquits were never on the plate for longer than 5 seconds! Service was great and all the food came quickly and with a smile. Okay so this is my first visit to this Ruby Tuesdays. I'm gonna be a little petty for a second. I planned on sitting at the bar but I couldn't fit because the stools are bolted to the floor and don't move. I'm a big guy finding comfortable seating is already hard enough and of all places I would expect comfortable seating but its whatever. Okay so I asked my waitress could I love to a booth. She said that was fine. The booth was surprisingly roomy. I then proceeded to order the Cheese steak pot stickers.... That was my biggest mistake of the afternoon. I received my pot stickers drowning in sauce. I proceed to inspect them they were half burned on one side and then severely under cooked on the other side.... Now it's time to eat them.. My first bite into this monstrosity of a pot sticker was just as upsetting as the exterior there was just about nothing inside of it. I had a mouth full of half burned half raw pot sticker with little dollop of cheese steak. But me being me I didn't complain I ate a couple and covered my plate with a napkin. Positive note I couldn't leave without saying something nice. My waitress was a sweet heart and very accommodating she checked in with me often. I'm from out of town all the way from Tnx and this was the most disappointing meal ever my family order and appetizer was decent but once we got the soup order it was cold bowl was warm but soup cold a baby would complain it was to cold.we told them they took it back and put it the microwave and brought it back say Hott enough Now. And I thought with a virus going around they should be clean and new one brought out not the same. And our meal where just as bad bearly any meat to make a whole meal.
