I run into everything with the stroller so I usually leave it outside and carry my son inside with me. My trusty cardboard carrier I keep in the stroller hadn't failed me yet, but I guess it had been battered and used one too many times because it gave out as I picked it up and one of my drinks went ALLLLLL over the floor. The staff rushed in to help without any sign of annoyance or frustration (which I'm sure they were feeling lol). They replaced the drink without a thought. I definitely wasn't expecting that. i feel like a mess constantly these days so it was much appreciated they made me feel like I wasn't a huge mess of an inconvenience .
