My husband and just had lunch here, never again. We both ordered the Shepherds pie which included the salad bar for $11.99. While waiting we each had one dish from the salad bar. When the dish arrived we found it filled with oily grease (cheap grade of meat). We showed the waitress and she had the manager come to our table. She said this was a new item on their menu starting this past Monday and she hadn't tried it. Before putting a new item on any menu a good would try the dish. We found the manager very friendly at the time and chatted with her awhile. She said she would remove the shepherds pie from our bill. When we got the bill we were charged $8.99 each for one dish of salad. When the waitress came I said we paid $17.98 for two salads. She grabbed the bill and the credit card and left. I told her I'll answered this on Yelp. A bit later she came back and sort of threw the credit card on the table and said she took it all off. May husband wanted to leave the waitress a tip but when she was rude I said no and we left. My husband remembered we had an issue in September when we were in Somerset and ate here. A good manager would have forgiven the whole bill at the time she spoke to us and I would have been writing a different review. read more

Heading from Ohio to Maryland, my fiancée and I decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. Ruby Tuesday was there and was the better option versus McDonald's and Wendy's. We were seated and greeted almost instantaneously and received our drinks very quickly. Spinach & Artichoke Dip (2 out of 5) $7.99: One of my most recent passions has been the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, and it was exciting to see it labeled as a Ruby Signature Dish. Unfortunately it came out with cold chips and when trying the dip you could taste the artichoke almost too much. New York Strip (3 out of 5) $17.99: Being greeted with a steak and then asked to cut it to see if it was how I liked was the highlight of this dish. It was cooked how I liked it (medium rare) but all that gloriously cooked meat was trapped in by a lot of fat. After getting past the fat I was greeted with a Cajun spiced steak. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely spicier than what I'm used to. Unfortunately I wasn't given too much of an opportunity to get used to it as there was so much fat. To the point that after the meal was done, the manager came over to ask if the steak was okay because it looked like I hardly touched my steak. After telling him, he offered me a new steak that had less fat, but by that point I could see my fiancée was not happy with her dish and was just ready to leave. Baked Ravioli (2 out of 5) $10.99: This was my fiancées dish, and at first I thought she loved it because the food was served in a big bowl and upon my initial check with her, it seemed as if she had eaten nearly half of it already, but I quickly found out that she was not happy, as the nearly half empty dish was a result of eating only two raviolis. Apart from this, she listed the following issues: - Chewy pasta from not fully cooking - Dry cheese that produced a "meh" flavor - The sauce was actually chunks of tomato and uncooked spinach Service (4 out of 5): The service was awesome hands down, it seemed as if our waitress was a little rushed, but we also did not have too much to say to her anyway. It was great to find out that the manager cares enough about the quality of his food to offer a different meal due to the issues with the original steak. Final Words: Over all the food was mediocre. If you are going to have a signature dish, you should probably have the taste down, and it was very surprising to find cold chips being served. I expect warm chips, especially if your spin dip is a signature dish. The price was a little high for the quality of food, and I felt bad because I felt as if the waitress deserved more of a tip than what we could give. read more

A little expensive, but I love the food. I always get something chicken, and it's always good. It doesn't take very long to be delivered. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. We are from Somerset County. We ate here 2 years ago and it was very good. Went back the next year and it was disapointing. Last week we went back to try again. The waiter was arrogant and he forgot half of our order. By the time he came back and we told him, he was not very concerned, but said he'd put the rest of the order in. We were already half done and didn't want the other half of our dinner. He never brought the rolls that were supposed to be with the order. The menu showed a picture of what we were supposed to get, and we only received a very small amount instead of what they show. Very, very disapointing! This place is a great location for a celebration meal. The prices are a bit steep, but they are worth it. I had a delicious New York Strip Steak along with the Salad Bar. Everything was fresh and clean. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to my friends. read more

We came to this Tuesdays from Johnstown to celebrate my birthday and the whole experience was great. I don't know why they have gotten some bad reviews. The service was excellent and the food was the bomb. I had salad bar and Low Country Shrimp and Grits and my bf had Cajun Ribeye with salad bar and green beans. The spicy sausage in the shrimp dish was nice and crisp on the outside like it had been caramelized. The shrimps were delish and the sauce on the grits was spectacular! The salad bar was fresh and inviting even though we came at a time when business could be a bit slow...around 2:30 pm. We will be back! read more

Our family of 6 came for dinner while on the way out East. Great service and food! Kelly is such a wonderful server and instantly makes everyone feel at home and well cared for. Manager Zac came by to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to ensure we were well cared for. With special requests from a peanut allergy to a person with celiacs (gluten free), they accommodated our family in every way. Our son even ordered the Oreo chocolate cake and said it was amazing. If you're looking for a great meal - we can vouch for the ribs. burgers, salmon, and two types of steaks. Great meal and excellent service! Thanks Ruby Tuesdays for a great experience. Never tasted such revolting food. The salad bar was NOT fresh as the macaroni salad had a funk to it and the vegatables from this bar where hard and unedable. Stopped here for a night on a long road trip from CA to MA. It is in a convenient location and there was plenty of parking. However I thought it was closed at first because all of the blinds were down and it looked very dark inside. But lucky for us it was open. I sat by the bar which was very clean and we had a friendly blonde bartender I can't remember her name but she was very friendly and bubbly. I ordered queso dip with chips as an app which was great. I usually get the queso duo at Chilis but RTs is much better! My entree was the rib eye steak with fries and broccoli. I also got the added on 3 shrimp skewer. The bartender forgot my skewer but she was busy. My steak and sides were absolutely delicious. My steak was juicy and tender, my fries were perfect and my broccoli was steamed perfectly. However when they brought out my shrimp skewer it looked like it was overly grilled on one side so they were pretty dry. I had a few captain and coke's which tasted perfect. The waitress, Chelsea, and the manager, Zach, were absolutely fantastic. Zach was perfecting the salad bar when we came in. It was beautiful. He greeted us and confirmed all was going well later in our meal. Chelsea was attentive, friendly, and patient. Just lovely, professional people. We were just passing through town and didn't love the idea of coming here because our last visit to a different Ruby Tuesday's wasn't that great, but this was our best option for food for the next many exits. Maybe the manager shouldn't text while wearing gloves and handling food, totally shot a photo of that happening. The bartender was amazing, running around like nuts and not making mistakes, while the mangers texted and sat down. The hostess was also amazing! I saw people that wanted to work, and people that wanted to play. All in all, get new managers, or promote from within because it looks like a lot of people know what to do but get shut down by lazy managers currently in place. They are trying to rush us out asap when it's the last game of the NBA finals going down. Relax and make some money guys! The salad bar was good. Beer was cold, but it takes more than that to hit a home run. AND they just took all of the menus away while still open and just threw them in the trash because apparently there's a new menu coming? Today was my second time eating here. Last time I had surf and turf and it was delicious. This time I decided to order the seafood platter that had lobster tails, shrimp and tilapia. I have never had tilapia but was willing to give it a try. I really didn't like the taste of it, and it wasn't because of how it was prepared, I just have a limited palate when it comes to fish. Since I am not one to complain, I just ate everything else but the fish. The manager happen to pass by and ask if he could clear our plates. He seen that I didn't eat the tilapia and asked if everything was ok with the fish and asked me if I would like something else. I was already full and I told him no thank you and thought that was the end of it. He then said that he was going to take it off my bill. Well I took that to mean he just wouldn't charge me for the fish since I ate everything else. The bill came and he took off my entire meal! I just want to thank the manager for what he did because that truly shows they care about customer service... which by the way both times I have been there the service has been top notch. The salad bar is about the only thing on the menu worth a grain of salt. I ordered. $17 bacon wrapped shrimp and ribs. My co-worker ordered the Chicken Alfredo. His broccoli was mush. My shrimp had the smallest morsel of bacon on it I have ever seen. Not Impressed. read more
