Ordered here for pick-up. First time ordering and last time ordering. Ordered for my daughter, my brother, his girlfriend, and myself. They ordered a chipotle steak wrap and a chicken wok the wok salad with sesame ginger dressing. My brother wanted tomatoes and lettuce in his but it wasn't an option on door dash. He said it was still good but something was spicy in it, like whoever prepared it was cutting jalapeños and used the same gloves. Good thing he likes spicy stuff. His girlfriends salad was good. On the small side and they forgot her dressing. She used what we had at home cause she said it needed dressing. Shouldn't be the case with a $12.95 salad in Beaver. Brothers wrap was $11.45. Not bad. Chipotle is better. I ordered the tater tots for my daughter. She said they were okay lol. She's a 3 1/2yr old. She only ate a few. For myself I ordered the "create your own wrap" with Turkey, lettuce, kale, spinach, banana peppers, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, broccoli, mushrooms, red onion, bacon and slivered almonds. I'm pretty sure not everything was in my wrap.... It comes with their tortillas sliced and fried into a chip. Those are pretty good. Some parts not entirely crunchy but nice flavor. Fresh salsa. Wasn't needed for me. My wrap was $12.65 which I thought was a pretty good price. It was filling. Just wish everything was in it. Disappointing because has potential but something is alway off and it's pricey. I got an online order a couple months ago and the cucumber and tomatoes were so smelly and rotten I had to throw the whole thing away. I thought I would give it another chance so did an online order for build your own salad with Grilled Chicken. That was an extra $3.25 for chicken, no problem except they forgot the chicken!?! So for $19 I got a side salad and chips and salsa. I won't be going back but if you do, make sure you watch them make it in person and check before you leave. read more

My family stopped here Friday night during Beaver's Light Up Night. The sit down restaurants were packed (as expected), so we were glad to see that Sproutz was pretty empty. My aunt lives in Beaver and recommended it since she likes to get their soup. Their menu consists of mostly wraps, salads, soups, potatoes, and chips with hummus, guac, or salsa. I ordered the "It's a catch" salad: Spinach, romaine hearts, grilled salmon, onions, cranberries, tomatoes, candied pecans, and fennel crystals with champagne vinaigrette on the side. The girls working were really nice and asked if I wanted to add anything else to the salad. I added avocado, cucumber, mushrooms, and carrots, and expected there to be an upcharge. There wasn't! They cooked the salmon fresh on the skillet. My family all got their meals right away and were eating at the table while I was still waiting for my meal. I probably wouldn't have ordered this knowing that it would take an extra 10 minutes. However, the salad was good! The salmon portion was large and the salad dressing was great. I'd stop here again for a quick lunch next time I'm out in Beaver visiting my aunt. The homemade chips were really good too! My other aunt's wrap came with chips and salsa. The salsa was really bad - it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I took one bite and almost spit it out. The chips were SO good though. Her unsweetened iced tea was also really terrible. It tasted like it went bad and had literally fermented. She had to dump it out. Everyone enjoyed their salads, wraps, and soups though! read more

I came by here today for lunch and I'm glad I did. It's always a good sign when a place is busy and this place was definitely busy. I got Cran Turkey Wrap which was delicious and huge. I like the fact they also included chips and salsa as a side. I wasn't a fan of the salsa but the chips were good. Overall, a good experience and I definitely plan on returning. I ordered the build your own chicken wrap and the wedding soup which was some of the best I've ever tasted, and my husband loved his steak salad. We also got chips and salsa and even that was great! Ugh, I wish this was a chain! Actually, I just wish that there was another one closer to where I live. I had the Ba Ba Que salad with all the vegetables except cucumbers (because ew cucumbers). I thought it was really good without even adding the dressing. They also gave me a HUGE portion of avocado, which was much appreciated. These salads are so big I had it for lunch and dinner, and it was only $11. You can get a crappy salad downtown for $14-$16 that is no way near as good as this. Amending this review. I come here often as there are a few options in town and I have noticed a decline. The staff is not friendly-- adults and teens alike (other than Julie)!!! The teenagers who work there don't always have their hair pulled back (male and female). The staff looks very unprofessional with skin tight and even see-through leggings on. I just wonder if this is becoming kind of a teenage hang out type place. I have ordered right before they close and feel like they have should've just said they can't serve me rather than giving me the dregs of everything that's left. I ordered soup to go. It was advertised to come with sunflower bread. I get to my car and there is no sunflower bread and no napkins. And yet they were sure to tell me that the screen would ask me a few questions... This is a solid wrap joint with pre-determined and made-to-order options. Imagine Subway or Chipotle but with wraps and that's essentially the premise here. I like coming here for a takeout lunch when I need to eat at the office. It's usually a pretty quick stop. In my opinion, the wraps are kinda pricey for lunch, between $8 and $9 each, but are big enough for me to split into two meals. If you think about it though, that's comparable to Subway or Chipotle prices, and at least the profits are going to a local business instead of a huge chain. I'm not a fan of the house made chips that come with the wraps, unfortunately. They're way too greasy and I'm not a big fan of the flavor. I also kind of feel like it getting a greasy bag of chips defeats the purpose of eating a healthy-ish wrap. There's good intentions with it but I wish I could get something else. I used to love Sproutz so much! It has gone so far downhill in terms of staff and service within the past year or two. For example, the one asian female employee fixed her hair behind the counter, removed her mask while preparing my food and coughed multiple times without covering her mouth AFTER have removing her mask. Not to mention her poor attitude and overall slowness. No employees were wearing masks while handling the food and I was SHOCKED!! The girls working were beyond unprofessional compared to the adults that used to work there. Will not be returning after visiting multiple times a month since they opened. They need to reconsider their new business model because this is not the first I have heard of poor employees and poor sanitation here. Very sad that as a community our businesses are not doing what they can to protect us. read more

Love love loved everything about this place. You don't have to be a health nut to enjoy a meal here. It may be as green as grass and have every implication that the avid burger consumer would be turned off but boy you'd be wrong. Their options range from leafy greens and light dressings and toppings to a wrap filled with crispy chicken and bacon and bbq sauce. Their portions are amazing. You could order a salad with endless toppings for 5.95 (not including meat that's an extra charge) and it'll last you three meals. The wraps are packed to perfection and bundled like a burrito. My boyfriend has a fairly large stomach and he had trouble finishing the whole thing. Don't forget to order some chips with your meal! They're homemade pita chips and they taste like heaven. I wish I had a place like this back home. Definitely a must try. Especially on a nice day when you can sit at a table on the sidewalk and eat in the sun! read more
