This is a cute pizza place with indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was good. I placed my order for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and grabbed a table outside. The pizza was pretty good. I would come here again. Small parking lot on site.

Ruby's Pizza is a hidden suburban gem in Smyrna that's worth seeking out. The pizza comes out hot and fresh, but the atmosphere is what really stands out. The restaurant features an outdoor green space with a large TV screen, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. I will definitely be back!

Cute spot with lots of out door seating. They even have a patio area where furry friends can go. Pizza was amazing. We did a half cheese and half pepperoni. I would of loved to have a margarita pizza but I didnt see it on their menu. Crust is delicious and the pizza was delicious. We also did the cheese tease. It was pretty good also. The chocolate chip cookie was also delicious. My neices said its a 9 out of 10 because they didnt have margarita pizza. We will definitely be back. We were full or we would of tried the ice cream also. Definitely a cute spot to check out.

Got the meat pizza! The parking here is a little small, but I think there is additional parking nearby. There was a lot of outdoor seating and a huge tv! Seemed like a fun place for game nights. Though the clientele seemed more like family fun. The pizza crust was chewy and I liked it . I thought the pizza was a little too soft and floppy and oily. The meat was also okay, the sausage was kind of mushy. I felt like spicy sausage would be better. Ordering process was a little slow as well but friendly. Overall, a good place to enjoy outdoors and I want to try the soft serve next time.

Super tasty and extremely fresh ingredients. The sourdough crust is a standout and paired with this very fresh and flavorful red sauce and generous toppings, it's a must have. The service was quick and nice. The atmosphere is perfect for gatherings of all sizes. They have some indoor tables, a pet friendly patio plus a lawn space that was screening a movie. Bonus is there's an ice cream stand + coffee shop on the property as well. There's parking onsite with a supplemental lot around the corner

Sour dough?! Yes. Oiliness? Yes, but it's not favorable... The Mexican white pizza had a nice crunchy crust. The pizza itself was wet like something you'd find in Italy for instance; it was a nice nostalgia. I think it was the creme fraiche that added to the wetness. The remainder of the white part of the pizza was mozzarella cheese. There was no other thick, white sauce. The Mexican chorizo was different on the pizza, but it was hardly that noticeable as it was sparse. There could have been a bit more Mexican chorizo imo. If you look at the pizza, there's really more chorizo oil than actual chorizo. Other than the mozzarella base, the tiny slivers of red onion pieces helped add to the flavor profile. The cheese tease bread was definitely fluffy and cheesy. But it was rather small imo. The sourdough bread had a nice variety of cheese (fontina, parmesan, mozzarella), but the garlic part of this was very subtle. As much as I loved the Mexican white pizza, the extreme amount of oil on the pizza was anything but appealing. So hence my review lands at four stars.

Phenomenal pizza! The sourdough is amazing. Small, simple menu. The salad was very fresh. I had the veggie pizza, which was very good - little spicy! The restaurant atmosphere is very fun, outdoor seating in a courtyard and coffee/ice cream stand in the middle. Staff was very polite.

3.5 stars! The parking lot is also pretty small but I saw a sign for additional parking elsewhere. You have to order at the counter, but there isn't a lot of space for a line so it felt very claustrophobic. It's a bit self-service, as they have an area with water, cups, paper plates, etc. I don't love using paper plates and plastic forks. It's such a waste and seems unnecessary when dining in. (Another table ordered a salad, which came in a plastic to go container.) I appreciate that you can order a slice or a pie, both of which seemed reasonably priced. I ordered a veggie slice, which was yummy but a bit garlicky. I was really hoping to taste the sourdough more!! Idk if I would've known in a blind taste test. My friend ordered a white pizza, which tasted good (even without the garlic and onions due to her allergies). The sourdough chocolate chip cookie was disappointing, just kind of dry and tasteless. The BEST part was the soft serve. There's a small building outside of the pizza place with soft serve and coffee. I got swirl with oreo crumbles and it was very yummy. I also appreciated that a small was $4 and toppings were 25 cents, which is significantly cheaper than most ice cream shops. I would go back just for the soft serve!

We love this pizza joint! My husband and I came here on a rainy day and this pizza hit the spot. Yes, it was a bit chilly outside but they have heaters! They have a soft serve place that serves coffee as well and it was so delicious. Limited pizza options but I think it's great since they nailed whatever specialties they have down. Great place to watch the game and chill

Great pizza and cute neighborhood spot. The salad was a great value and very fresh. We ordered the "jonquil" pie, and the sauce and freshly shredded cheeses on top had great flavor. Great outdoor area with a big screen for sports. We'll definitely be back.

Ruby's Sourdough Pizza was definitely an experience on last Friday night. My husband and I were excited to see a new local pizza spot in the area. We arrived around 5:20 P.M. to a line out of the door. The parking lot is pretty small, but they do offer additional parking not too far from the restaurant. There is an open area for kids to play and additional seating in the outdoor spaces. You can also opt to dine inside. The menu is straightforward. We eventually placed our order at 5:41 P.M. We opted to try the Mushroom White and the Meaty Boi, along with a side of pizza sauce. We sat inside and waited for our pizzas to be ready. While we waited, I went to look around the outdoor area. They have a coffee and ice cream shop right next door; however, no one was there to take any orders. It looks like they serve soft-serve ice cream and coffee. There is also a pickup window on the exterior of the building, which is convenient for people to pickup without having to go inside. We finally received our pizzas about an hour later, only to find out one of our pizzas was incorrect. Thankfully, the manager was very apologetic and willing to make it right. He prepared our pizza quickly and even gifted us a gift card due to the inconvenience. We thought he went above and beyond to make it right, and we were grateful for his efforts! They have some kinks to work out, but we are willing to try them again. We did enjoy the pizzas, and the side of pizza sauce had a unique taste--slightly sweeter than most pizza sauces, but we liked it. Hopefully next time, we'll be able to try the soft-serve ice cream! We are rooting for this local spot and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Ruby's Sourdough Pizza through the Glass! little spendy, but your paying for the best ingredients, which make the best pizza.

It was very crowded, lots of events happening (birthdays and other celebrations). So I cut them some slack with the wait time. Waiter was not as attentive as he could've been. I had Shrimp Scampi which came cold. I ate the shrimp and left the pasta. I wasn't impressed at all and I've been here before and had great food ...but the vibe is different now. We had to ask for the bread to be brought out. We waited about an hour for the food to come out and when we were ready to go had to wait for the waiter to come cash us out. Always like The Cheesecake Factory, but this likely is my last time patronizing this location. We should have gone to Maggianos.

Our reservation is at 6 and we were seated by 6:08. Took a few minutes for our server to come greet us, we all started off with waters, but said that we will be ordering drinks and we have one more friend arriving in 10mins. Came back with the water and bread baskets and he disappeared again. Our friend arrives and finally got our server's attention to order appetizers. At this point, we were kind of annoyed and the birthday girl said to forget about the drinks. She flagged some other server down to refill our waters (still haven't seen our server come back after taking our appetizer order). Someone delivered our appetizer and we asked him to refill our waters again. At this point, we see our neighboring table's server more than we see ours. Birthday girl flagged someone else down for more waters and we just sat and waited. Finally was able to flag down someone, probably a manager that was walking around, told him that we haven't seen our server in a long time and we would like to order dinner. He said ok, walked away and came back and said that he will take our order. His demeanor / attitude was short and borderline rude (at least when he was talking to me) but so soft spoken and patient with my friend sitting across from me with her questions. Not sure if he felt some kind of way because I said and quote "We haven't seen our server in a while and we would really like to order dinner." Once we ordered... more waiting, then suddenly... our server popped up and was like "are you guys ready to order?" What??? do you guy who work together don't communicate with one another? We told him we already did and just just gave a nod and walked away. Took about 30-40mins before we got our food. Our server did stop by once during that wait to let us know that it'll be ready soon. My friend's first concern was... is out food going to be hot? Finally when we got our food she took a bite of her chicken and she said "it's just warm", the birthday girl's chicken was also just warm, my pasta was slightly undercook and also just warm. The last 2 entrees that's delivered to our other friends, the fried cauliflower... was hot. The veggie burger was hot but the whole thing fell apart when she picked it up. She also had to wait for her sweet potato fries, which was actually fresh. Then our server popped up to check on us, we went ahead and told him to put in our to-go order and asked for our check (not really sure how long it would take for him to come back if we let him leave... LOL). We all just kind of picked at our food, the quality of the food is just not there and we were really annoyed at the lack of service that we got. I ordered the Jambalaya pasta and the chocolate truffle tower to go for my husband and when I got home (30min drive) and open the food... It was dried, the pasta was undercooked, there was no flavor (not the jambalaya that my husband got when eating in). He took a bite and said it was the most disgusting thing ever. As bad as the food and the service is, at least they can still make a decent cake / cheesecake. Being home and taking a bit of that cake is the best thing of the night. Definitely not the cheesecake factory we know and remember. The birthday girl's dinner experience was ruined and she was really annoyed with the lack of service and the quality of the food as are the rest of the party.
