Overall, a solid pizza place. We originally thought we would go and sit down and eat but it's only a takeout/delivery storefront so we were a little bummed since I believe fresh out the oven is the best. The cheesy bread suffered the drive back to the hotel I believe. Usually garlic bread is crusty and can hold up to the cheese. This bread was all soft. Also, for someone who abhors mushrooms, I was shocked to find a piece in my house marinara. It was an easy removal but first time in my 45 years without it being explicitly said. I've never eaten at DaVinci's but have had takeout over the years. They're a solid choice for pizza in the area. I really enjoy their margherita pizza and their crust. The cheese bread is always a family fave. We've had some of their specialty pizzas but none stick out to me. Our food is always ready when we pick it up. I'm glad they've lasted. read more

I usually dont leave negative reviews but I HAD to put this one out. Received a menu with coupons in the mail but the store refused to accept the pricing in the printed menu claiming "I could have brought the menu from 2008 and the prices have changed since then". Yeah, right - that's amazing customer service from a place we have been ordering from the past 3 yrs. They honored the coupon in the booklet but not the prices. I wonder if this is a bait and switch strategy - send booklets and coupons with lower prices but charge the customer more when they call in or place the order online. Sketchy. You guys just lost a longstanding customer who loves supporting local businesses. There are so many good pizza places around Smyrna where I would take my business going forward given the TERRIBLE attitude I got from the manager. read more

Thrilled to have a DaVinici's close(ish) to our current home. Midtown transplants and don't go into the city as much as we used to. This was our go-to pizza spot for years. I'm from New York, every time I'm home if I stop for a slice and start talking with anyone working, when they hear I'm from Atlanta they ask if I have ever heard of this place. I usually go to DaVinci's in Midtown as the last time I went here, the pizza wasn't the best. But my mom was in town and we were at Cumberland Mall, so this one was closer. I placed an order for pickup in the parking lot at Cumberland Mall and by the time we drove over to DaVinci's, the pizza was ready to go! The pizza was hot and delicious! I had my typical BBQ chicken pizza and my mom had a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We both enjoyed every bite of our pizza! Well done! The pizza spot is small and looks exactly how a pizza spot should look. But there isn't much to this location as it's only made for you to go in and pick up the pizza. There is nowhere to eat inside. Davinci's is one of my favorite pizza spots. Been a customer for quite some time... 2014 Our relationship (lol) started when I was forced (laid off) to move to the other end of Atlanta Road by the back side of the former NAS Base. (Yeah I'm dating myself) and one day I wanted some good azz pizza. So I found them and decided to give it a try and they delivered--litterally and figuratively!!! My go to pizza is Bella Noche because I love veggies. I used to sub the artichoke hearts (yuck) for green peppers. Now don't laugh...yesterday 2/26/2022 I decided to give the artichokes a try (only for health reasons-they say it has benefits) and added bell peppers. See my picture? Yaay for me. Now don't get me wrong I still love my pepperoni pizza. Good thing if you ever want half and half they will make it happen. They have a vast selection of pizzas to choose from or you can create your own. So anyway...I ended up getting a job in Midtown 2015. Guess who has a location in that area? You got it!!! So now I'm like this is the best feeling and tried their Cajun pasta. OMG. Almost like heaven. I never get the sausage and usually request a sub of spinach or broccoli. ("Feed me Seymour"). But the meat portions of chicken and shrimp is great ratio to the pasta. Ok. So enough about that. The smallest pizza is 10" and great size and able to have left overs if you're not really hungry or greedy because it tastes soooo good. You can go up to larger sizes based on how many you're feeding and if bank account can cover it $$$. Oh yeah, the Greek and Caesar salads are delicious and the breadsticks warm and garlicky! If you love garlic in your food this is your pizza spot!! I think it's their signature. It's in the marinara (homemade) and garlic butter. Make sure to order as sides of you like dipping. And dessert...my fave = lemon bars (childhood memories). Brownies are great too-- both variations. Now don't "sleep" on this place. They are to-go or delivery only. No where to sit down. read more

Went to DaVinci's in downtown/midtown Atlanta and was super happy about it! The one in Smyrna was not good, but this one was. Good and greasy pizza and it came out quick. This was a white sauce pizza with chicken, spinach, broccoli and onions. I loved it! Also loved it because they were open late and we needed food. I believe they also deliver, but if they don't the definitely offer something like door dash or Uber eats because I saw them take a lot of pizzas out the door. The pasta was too sloppy w some Alfredo concoction that looked like a first stab at cooking after a Food Network TV weekend binge.. what a waste of calories!!! Not the worst but super close!! Atlanta Rd., Smyrna, GA location is my go to Pizza joint; they also have a location in Midtown but I have never been to that one. if you love the Sopranos which also gives you that New York vibe, you will love their decor. Sopranos everywhere. The atmosphere is cozy the bar is fully stocked, perfect for date night or besties night out and it's equally a great place to bring the family. The owner is quite friendly he kind of reminds you of Tony soprano minus the sarcasm. Davinci Deluxe is my favorite. IfGarlic is your thing then you're gonna love the food get some of the sauce and garlic butter on the side for dipping wink wink. it always feels and taste just like home keep up the good work guys. DaVinci's has the best bbq chicken pizza I have ever had. This is probably my 5th trio here during quarantine (and I still managed to forget to take a picture...blame hunger) but it is consistently good. I never have to worry about who is making the pizza that day because they all follow the same steps. Instead of pizza sauce they layer it with bbq sauce. Of course cheese, chicken & onions. The crust isn't bad if you are eating it the day of but the day after it isn't the best but that's could just be me. Outside of that I definitely recommend to try it. I like their pizza a lot and have gotten it often over the years. Is it the best, most fantastic pizza in the world? No, but it's really good. I've enjoyed their Mona Lisa & Margherita pizzas but I usually just get one with mushrooms or ground beef or both. I love the garlicky crust. I find it very convenient that they deliver. I just call their Smyrna location and my pizza arrives within 20-40 min depending on how busy they are. The longest I've ever waited was 55 min on Super Bowl Sunday. I highly recommend getting your pizza to go. I always do. The eating area is tiny and noisy with people coming in and out picking up their orders. read more

I keep trying to leave pepperoni alone but when I stumbled across this little gem..I ordered a 10" pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. "Every time I try to leave something keeps calling me back".... Garlic. Garlic and more garlic. My goodness I was in garlic heaven!!! Whoever came up with the idea to bathe the crust in it, I love you! Typically I keep Papa Johns garlic butter handy but it wasn't even necessary. Annnnnd they were generous with the cheese without requiring I be generous with the money lol. I expected the pizza to be smaller for whatever reason; so I was pleasantly surprised when I got to slice 3 and had to take an intermission. The only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was a little dry...or shall I say the sauce was all near the crust instead of spread out. I can't wait to go back though.
