Visited from Denver, hands down some of the best pizza I've had in along time. Everyone was super friendly. Dine in so pizza was hot. I'll be stopping in next time I'm in town.

These are two 10inch pizzas totaling 30.00 bucks... that's a little outrageous for the quality delivered.
Nate C.

2.5 stars total is where they sit on my final verdict. The pizza was super expensive for two 10 inches for 30 bucks plus tip. For the money, the quality was completely downhill. I would expect fresh olives not canned. I can't really say much good about the experience. Nothing stood out other than the price. The pizza lacked flavor and creativity. The bar/ dining area appears busy, small and dark. The person handling the order was mask-less. I was a little concerned with that but we are in a time and space where all things are uncertain. What is certain is that this spot is not meant for me or my tastebuds. There is real authentic Italian pizza out here in the south and I am determined to find it and dine it!

Bruschetta - Not toasted - with combined 'toppings' in a condiment cup
Denise G.

I had been craving bruschetta for WEEKS - so I performed a Yelp search looking for bruschetta. The first place I called said they stopped serving bruschetta a couple of years ago and the second place I called, Meza Luna was closed until 5pm - so I decided to give Siracusa's a try. Upon walking in, there were 2 folks at the bar. One guy was having a bear and the other patron, a lady, was having dinner. The server / bartender handed me a damp, paper menu then disappeared. At this time - there were no other employees visible at all. Another gentleman arrived while I was waiting to place my order. When it was clear that I was ready to place my order and the employee was still missing in action, without any prompting on my part, the gentleman who had arrived walked past me, towards the restroom. He came back and said, "I think she's in the restroom." The server re-appeared about 3 minutes later. Two additional employees entered from the back door about 1 minute later. I placed my order for the bruschetta - hold the olives. I was going to go to my car to wait, so I asked how long - and she said 2 - 3 minutes. This should have been my first clue that I was about to get served some nonsense. After about 5 minutes, I see the server placing a styrofoam container in a bag - then placing a clear container in the bag as well. I thought maybe she was preparing someone else's food (a call-in order maybe). Nope. After MUCH back and forth - it turns out that they serve their bruschetta as a small oblong loaf of bread, sort of hasselbacked and slightly warmed from the oven - not toasted. And instead of covering it with tomatoes, cheese, etc - the toppings come 'on the side' with the expectation that you spread it like a tapenade. I asked if they could prepare it the traditional way and she said No. At this point the woman who had been dining at the bar - pipes in - lets me know that even though it's unusual she's had it and it's delicious. The server also says it's odd but people love it. At this point - because all three customers are standing around staring at me and the server is behind the counter shouting at me (not angrily) just raising her voice so that I can hear her. I understand the need for social distancing, but she was much further away than 6 feet and two TV's were on. I decided to just leave - and call back later so that I could have a conversation without feedback and staring from the other patrons. Based on my receipt, I have been overcharged - I decide to mention that when I call as well. I try calling from the car - someone else answers the phone. I explain that I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago - and ask for the female server / bartender. After holding for about 5 minutes - someone approaches the phone, talking to someone in the background, but they hang up on me. I call back two more times - no one answers. Once I arrive at my destination - I call back from another number and she answers. I tell the server I'm not happy with the food - but I'm not bringing it back or anything - I explain that I was overcharged based on the menu and the website. She says, "Oh yeah - I told 'him' the prices on the website need to be updated." I tell her yes - they're wrong on the website, but they are also wrong on the menu* you handed me. This is met by silence, so I repeat myself. She says, "Ok. I'll let him know." I'm left wondering if I'm petty enough to call BOA to dispute $1.00. Wrapping up - I'm all for supporting small businesses, black or white owned - but I really didn't appreciate the dismissive attitude of the server & her unwillingness to approach the bar so that I could hear her better. She was pretty snarky when I expressed my surprise at the bruschetta - initially, almost had the attitude that I'm the uncouth bumpkin that doesn't know how it's served until Regular #2 jumped in and said the way they serve it is unusual, but it's good. And it's not the owner's fault - but having the 'regulars' on my left, right and behind me - all staring at me and standing closer to me than the actual server - was was very off-putting. I felt ganged-up on & unwelcome. Full disclosure - it didn't help that they were all white and I'm black. Again - not the owner's fault - but Yikes. Other thing - while I was looking at the menu, the server was trying to get the attention of Regular #1 but he was engrossed in the golf game on TV. She actually stretched her arm over the bar and picked his glass up by rim. She used her index finger and thumb to form a C shape to cup the rim of the glass, then she shifted it back and forth so that the bottom of the glass banged against the bar. This finally got his attention, and she asked him if he wanted another beer. He said Yes and she asked him if he wanted a fresh glass. What type of experienced wait staff handles a glass by it's rim? Jeesh. *How difficult is it to update your black & white, non-laminated menu and print another copy?

Burnt pizza that taste like charcoal

Moved to this area over a year ago and really wanted to like this place as it was the closest to my home. Last night was my last time I will give them a chance and rather drive further for edible food. Last night's order was burnt and quality of food is not their concern. Clearly only care about their regulars who by the way, stare at you like you don't belong when you go in. Only pleasant person in the place is the young lady cashier. Hence the one star.

My exposure to Siracusa's is entirely accidental, as a dinner delivered to my home was completely my neighbors, which we found out after I interrogated their delivery guy that evening to be sure he was at the right house and he insisted that he was and my neighbor checked with me later only to confirm that my suspicious were right. Go figure, right? Anyway, the cheese pizza, Fettuccine pasta, and the wings were the bomb. All of it was good. The pizza has an authentic flavor and taste that all belongs to Siracusa's, and I simply love their wings. I wonder if they have Lemon Pepper, which are my favorite? I will have to order again for myself, but today I plan to surprise a special neighbor family with their delicious culinary offerings as a thank you for letting me keep the dinner that was supposed to be theirs the other night. I love that they are local as well.

Loveeee this place! The overall atmosphere is great, it's a small pub with a family like feel to it. As a Syracuse native I'm obsessed with the Syracuse decor. The food reminds me of some classic NY wings and pizza which I love! The food is very tasty with fresh ingredients!! The garlic knots are SOOOO good (photo not provided due to how fast we devoured them). I've been here twice now and the wings are perfectly crispy and not outrageously priced like more places. The pizzas are great with mozzarella is so fresh the cheese strings forever, which I definitely reacted to like a child with string cheese!! I've tried the pesto chicken pizza and the veggie pizza and love them both!! The crust is thin and crispy without being burnt. The mozz sticks are also very good and fun to string! If I had to say anything negative it's that after a while the center gets a little soft.. but that happens with any thin crusted pizza! Definitely recommend this place and I will absolve returning! :)

The pizza is so good! Fresh ingredients without excess Mariana sauce. The dough is great. You will love the simplicity and the deliciousness. Garlic rolls are good too. Nice to get such good pizza in Smyrna. Definitely will be back.

This has everything you look for in your neighborhood eatery. The pizza is all hand made with fresh ingredients. The staff is always attentive. The owner takes pride in providing a place you want to come bring the family or just stop in and watch the games with the guys. They have a bocce league that is very well run. Just overall great place

It's supposed to be cannoli ..
Ginger C.

How dare they put New York on their name. This is the worst food ever. The pizza is dryer out. The toppings are old and dedicatedly not fresh. I don't even know what to say about the cannoli. The shells are half filled and dripping in watery chocolate.

Limited inside seating. Pizza was well constructed and cooked, but unremarkable in terms of flavor.

Loved the Greek pizza but beware of the extra hot wings (take out) as they are hotter than any I ever experienced (could not eat).

So i usually go to a mediterranean restaurant nearby quite often. One day I was passing by this…read moreplace. So I stopped in to glance at their menu. I looked, saw a few things that peaked my interest, promised I'd come back and give them a try. So today was that day. I walked in and was quickly seated. A lady arrived shortly with some bread. My waiter soon arrived with a menu and took my drink order. I was trying to decide if I was gonna have spaghetti with Italian sausage or something called pappardelli Pompeii. So I did the best next thing. I ask my waiter for his recommendation. He recommended the pappardelli Pompeii. So while i waited for my food. I tried the bread. The bread was perfect. A crispy crust while the inside was soft. My dinner came with a salad. I chose the Ceasar salad. The greens were fresh, croutons were tastee. Seems like it was a little lite on the dressing. I'm sure they would have brought more if i had ask for it. The dish i ordered arrived as soon as I finish my salad. I appreciated that little detail. That means my main dish stayed warm while I enjoyed my salad. A little detail restaurants sometimes forget. The main dish came loaded with lots of sliced Italian sausage and pepper. The eggs noodles were great. My waiter even brought me more bread upon request. Now when im in the area I will have a hard decision to make. Do I want Italian or do I want mediterranean. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered takeout and the food was mediocre at best. Had the salmon sub Caesar salad for potato's…read more Salmon was cooked to right temp but was so bland. A little bit of salt and pepper made it decently edible. Also they charged $4 upcharge for substitute and the salad was so basic and they gave me some random vinaigrette instead of the correct dressing. Husband had gnocchi that was good but again the protein was very bland. Wanted to try something new but we will not be back. Subpar and flavorless food. I'm sure there are much better Italian spots in atlanta

This could be the best pizza in the ATL area. Let me try a few more spots and I'll get back you on…read morethat. But this was a REALLY GOOD PIE! 5/5

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience warrants one…read more My husband and I have been loyal customers of MTH Pizza for years. We've happily paid what is, frankly, a premium price for pizza and wings because the food has traditionally been worth it. But tonight was a complete breakdown in customer service--and likely the end of the road for us. We placed a simple online order (one pizza and two dozen wings) at 5:30pm with a promised pickup time of 6:00pm. My husband arrived at 6:05pm and waited in line, only to be told the order wasn't ready. After standing there for another 25 minutes, he got back in line. When the cashier recognized him, she asked his name and then said, "Let me get a manager." At that point, he watched the manager hurriedly assemble and package our order on the spot. No explanation. No apology. Just a dismissive "thank you for your patience" before moving on to the next customer. Meanwhile, he observed a steady stream of delivery service orders being prioritized and sent out while he stood there waiting. Let's be clear: if you order through delivery apps like Uber Eats or DoorDash, you're already paying a significant markup--easily 25% more. So tonight, we made the effort to order direct and pick up ourselves, thinking we'd save money and have a better experience. Instead, we waited longer, received worse service, and still ended up with subpar food. By the time my husband got home (we live just 2.5 miles away), everything was lukewarm. We had to reheat our entire meal before we could even sit down to eat. Not exactly how you want to spend a Friday night. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the expectation is basic: timely service, transparency when something goes wrong, and at minimum, an apology. None of that happened here. We've supported this restaurant--and its sister concept Muss & Turner's--for over 15 years. That loyalty clearly means nothing. If I could give zero stars, I would. This felt like a complete rip-off. The owners should spend a Friday night behind the counter and see firsthand what customers are experiencing: disorganization, lack of accountability, and a clear prioritization of delivery apps over the people standing right in front of them. Shame on you.
