I think I've found the best bruschetta in the world! I love how you get to put it together yourself. It was fresh and delicious. I also had the Malbec wine and lemon pepper wings. I love this place and they have one of the best gluten free crusts in Metro ATL. The toppings are fresh and plentiful, and the combinations far exceed the norms. Wings are consistently crunchy and the greek salad is the perfect accompaniment for pizza. The service is always on point - both in the restaurant and when catering for our work events. The team loves pizza, salad, and cannoli day, so it has become a go to. :) The price point is great, lots of options on tap, and your choice between watching a game on tv or mingling outside with tables or games. Drove all the way out here for pizza and was unfortuanlety disappointed. When I walked in, the place didn't feel very welcoming, everyone just stared and the staff didn't seem very eager to take my order (not sure what that was about, but any restaurant that makes me feel unwelcome as soon as coming in the door is NOT a repeat stop for me!). Ordered a regular pepperoni, asked for very light bake and ended up getting a VERY raw pizza (I ask for this all the time from various locations because burnt pizza crust is not my thing and I've NEVER received a darn near raw pizza!). My husband and I moved here from NYC-- and honestly we're THOSE people. Nothing compares to NYC pizza. But Siracusa is exactly like the pizza place down the street from our NYC apt. We love it. It took us a while to venture away from the pizza but we finally tried their lasagna and that was incredible too. The people here are so nice and down to earth. The service is always fast and when the occasional mistake happens they're always down to re-do something or make whatever correction. If you're looking for a corporate, quality control vibe this is not your place. It's a hole in the wall community gem. And I'm all about it. read more

2.5 stars total is where they sit on my final verdict. The pizza was super expensive for two 10 inches for 30 bucks plus tip. For the money, the quality was completely downhill. I would expect fresh olives not canned. I can't really say much good about the experience. Nothing stood out other than the price. The pizza lacked flavor and creativity. The bar/ dining area appears busy, small and dark. The person handling the order was mask-less. I was a little concerned with that but we are in a time and space where all things are uncertain. I had been craving bruschetta for WEEKS - so I performed a Yelp search looking for bruschetta. The first place I called said they stopped serving bruschetta a couple of years ago and the second place I called, Meza Luna was closed until 5pm - so I decided to give Siracusa's a try. Upon walking in, there were 2 folks at the bar. One guy was having a bear and the other patron, a lady, was having dinner. The server / bartender handed me a damp, paper menu then disappeared. At this time - there were no other employees visible at all. Another gentleman arrived while I was waiting to place my order. When it was clear that I was ready to place my order and the employee was still missing in action, without any prompting on my part, the gentleman who had arrived walked past me, towards the restroom. He came back and said, "I think she's in the restroom." The server re-appeared about 3 minutes later. Two additional employees entered from the back door about 1 minute later. I placed my order for the bruschetta - hold the olives. I was going to go to my car to wait, so I asked how long - and she said 2 - 3 minutes. This should have been my first clue that I was about to get served some nonsense. After about 5 minutes, I see the server placing a styrofoam container in a bag - then placing a clear container in the bag as well. I thought maybe she was preparing someone else's food (a call-in order maybe). Nope. After MUCH back and forth - it turns out that they serve their bruschetta as a small oblong loaf of bread, sort of hasselbacked and slightly warmed from the oven - not toasted. And instead of covering it with tomatoes, cheese, etc - the toppings come 'on the side' with the expectation that you spread it like a tapenade. I asked if they could prepare it the traditional way and she said No. At this point the woman who had been dining at the bar - pipes in - lets me know that even though it's unusual she's had it and it's delicious. The server also says it's odd but people love it. At this point - because all three customers are standing around staring at me and the server is behind the counter shouting at me (not angrily) just raising her voice so that I can hear her. I understand the need for social distancing, but she was much further away than 6 feet and two TV's were on. I decided to just leave - and call back later so that I could have a conversation without feedback and staring from the other patrons. Based on my receipt, I have been overcharged - I decide to mention that when I call as well. I try calling from the car - someone else answers the phone. I explain that I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago - and ask for the female server / bartender. After holding for about 5 minutes - someone approaches the phone, talking to someone in the background, but they hang up on me. I call back two more times - no one answers. Once I arrive at my destination - I call back from another number and she answers. I tell the server I'm not happy with the food - but I'm not bringing it back or anything - I explain that I was overcharged based on the menu and the website. She says, "Oh yeah - I told 'him' the prices on the website need to be updated." I tell her yes - they're wrong on the website, but they are also wrong on the menu* you handed me. This is met by silence, so I repeat myself. She says, "Ok. I'll let him know." I'm left wondering if I'm petty enough to call BOA to dispute $1.00. Wrapping up - I'm all for supporting small businesses, black or white owned - but I really didn't appreciate the dismissive attitude of the server & her unwillingness to approach the bar so that I could hear her better. She was pretty snarky when I expressed my surprise at the bruschetta - initially, almost had the attitude that I'm the uncouth bumpkin that doesn't know how it's served until Regular #2 jumped in and said the way they serve it is unusual, but it's good. And it's not the owner's fault - but having the 'regulars' on my left, right and behind me - all staring at me and standing closer to me than the actual server - was was very off-putting. I felt ganged-up on & unwelcome. Full disclosure - it didn't help that they were all white and I'm black. Again - not the owner's fault - but Yikes. Other thing - while I was looking at the menu, the server was trying to get the attention of Regular #1 but he was engrossed in the golf game on TV. She actually stretched her arm over the bar and picked his glass up by rim. She used her index finger and thumb to form a C shape to cup the rim of the glass, then she shifted it back and forth so that the bottom of the glass banged against the bar. This finally got his attention, and she asked him if he wanted another beer. He said Yes and she asked him if he wanted a fresh glass. What type of experienced wait staff handles a glass by it's rim? Jeesh. *How difficult is it to update your black & white, non-laminated menu and print another copy? read more

My exposure to Siracusa's is entirely accidental, as a dinner delivered to my home was completely my neighbors, which we found out after I interrogated their delivery guy that evening to be sure he was at the right house and he insisted that he was and my neighbor checked with me later only to confirm that my suspicious were right. Go figure, right? Anyway, the cheese pizza, Fettuccine pasta, and the wings were the bomb. All of it was good. The pizza has an authentic flavor and taste that all belongs to Siracusa's, and I simply love their wings. I wonder if they have Lemon Pepper, which are my favorite? I will have to order again for myself, but today I plan to surprise a special neighbor family with their delicious culinary offerings as a thank you for letting me keep the dinner that was supposed to be theirs the other night. Loveeee this place! The overall atmosphere is great, it's a small pub with a family like feel to it. As a Syracuse native I'm obsessed with the Syracuse decor. The food reminds me of some classic NY wings and pizza which I love! The food is very tasty with fresh ingredients!! The garlic knots are SOOOO good (photo not provided due to how fast we devoured them). I've been here twice now and the wings are perfectly crispy and not outrageously priced like more places. The pizzas are great with mozzarella is so fresh the cheese strings forever, which I definitely reacted to like a child with string cheese!! I've tried the pesto chicken pizza and the veggie pizza and love them both!! The crust is thin and crispy without being burnt. The mozz sticks are also very good and fun to string! If I had to say anything negative it's that after a while the center gets a little soft.. but that happens with any thin crusted pizza! I ordered calamari and they were out so they substituted with burned (literally black) fried zucchini. WTH. No one should have ever let this leave the kitchen. Makes you think there's no QC. Man, when I first moved here Siracusa's was one of my go-tos. But I feel like their quality has gone downhill, but the prices have gone up? Maybe not, but my last order of two 10-inch pizzas was well over $30. That's enough to make me *shudder* want to call Domino's. The bbq chicken pizza wasn't good at all. Crust spongey and doughy, the chicken and sauce SO SO salty (it tasted like canned chicken!). Just really disappointing. I don't think we'll be ordering from them in the future, which is a shame because we did like them back in 2018-2019. I don't know if the pandemic has had an adverse effect on them (I know it's hurt a lot of places and I get that), but I guess this is just not my 'za anymore. read more

The owner takes pride in providing a place you want to come bring the family or just stop in and watch the games with the guys. They have a bocce league that is very well run. We usually go to St. Angelo's pizza but on a whim we tried this place. Big error in judgement. We picked up 3 pizzas and wings. Pizza was seriously so so and wings were slightly better. I arrived to pick up the pizza and 2 Guys were sitting in plastic chairs flanking the entrance drinking beers. Certainly not welcoming and the restaurant at 7pm was more like a sad local bar than a pizzeria. Pies were pricey and they ended up in the trash bin that night. My teenage boys and their friends did not even touch the slices late night. I will be driving the extra 3 miles to St. Angelo's from now on for sure. read more

THE PIZZA New York style pizza, very thin crust with loads of toppings, super greasy because of the bacon and ham and pepperoni, very little sauce and a reasonable amount of cheese for pizza, slices were huge, but right after the first bite I knew that it was something that I could not finish. My niece actually apologize for even suggesting pizza because she did not finish her slice either. It was very disappointing. After complainting to the waitress about the salty pizza, she simply said, " Oh it's just the prosicutto ham that we put on the pizza" then proceeded to ask it we needed her to box it to go-lol. We receive $10 off with a Scoutmob discount, we brought the remaining pizza home and it is now in the refrigerator, I think I will use the meat toppings and cheese in a few omelet in the AM ( omitting the salt of course ). We will not be returning back to Siracusa Pizza, not even for the yummy garlic knots :) Word of advice: It would be nice to tell people when they are ordering salty azz pizza, you obviously knew it would be that way. Well, there's a ton of pizza spots in the area and I must say that this place had a lot of neighborhood charm. The staff is super nice and the owner even came out an introduced himself. He was really cool and I could tell he was really about making sure the people were taken care of. Started off with the Caesar salad and mozzarella sticks, which were sooo good and hot. The owner has successfully created a family-like vibe that feels more like a hangout than a restaurant. With plenty of TVs it's a perfect spot to watch sports. Went last night with a group of six it was a last minute birthday dinner. The restaurant is really 3 in one and all are really super cool. There is the Bar/kitchen area, a Patio it looked really great as well we didn't get to sit there a party was there camping out, and finally a little nook where they had a 10 top which is where we sat. The area we were in was ample for a group great circulation..... I'm the guy always hot. The server was one of the owners and she was fantastic. It was the first time for a few of us but the bulk of the group were pros. Everything was really good a nice beer selection, it was .50 wing night and we took full advantage, the pizza was excellent great crust and well made altogether. We were well served and had a great time the next time I'm over that side of town I'm definitely stopping by for a slice and you should to. read more

I'm going to be completely honest! This pizza was absolutely fantastic, and this yank can make some great sweet tea! We went there on our lunch break and though the restaurant is small, it is a great place to go eat at! The service was great, the owner was the one that took care of us and made sure all of our needs were met. The pizza was great, it is very different not to burn the cent of the pizza while making sure it's cooked through and my was cooked perfect and crispy but yet a little floppy which is my favorite kind of pizza 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND read more

I've been ordering and comparing pizzerias in my area. This one is a huge disappointment. I don't believe there's any difference between this plain cheese pizza and a Domino's Brooklyn Style. They get a star for the real sliced mushrooms vs shaved ones like a lot use. The crust was tasteless and gummy and the cheese didn't taste at all fresh. They got a second star for offering additional food choices. Although for a ($4.95) side salad I did not expect to get old, wilted greens. The highlight was their canolli, somewhat small but delicious. At $3.95, it's about a dollar overpriced. Treat yourself to Italy's for a real NY Italian pie and fresh accompaniments.
