We've passed this place a number of times and finally decided to give it a try. It's on us that we didn't carefully look at the description and photos beforehand. I would have NEVER ordered the margherita had we known it would be prepared like this. AND we were so excited about the garlic knots. They ended up being some sort of bread over baked and crispy with little to no garlic. It seems that others have had a much better experience with some of the other option. The overall area is great for the warmer weather! Walking distance to downtown marietta. The 2 pizzas we ordered were both good, the only thing is they could have been crispier (we prefer crispy pizza crust that is hard, not the one that slouches over when you grab a slice but some like that so to each their own). Good flavors. Fast service too. They do not sell alcohol here so we did have to walk across to grab beers because beer and pizza complement each other so that is the only other thing that was a letdown but honestly the pizza is huge and a decent price and has good flavor. read more

They are located in sessions stands old shop, but they do a great job using the space there! They have a wide variety of pizzas to choose from and a few sides as well. The pizza we got was delicious, perfectly cooked and made. However, our Parmesan cheese container and our Cesar salad had a bug in each of them.. but other than that no complaints! read more

It's just aight honestly. Good crust, cheese didn't taste 100% like real mozzarella. It's an order and pick up place, not an eat in spot. Parking is not ideal but after my 2nd drive around I found a lot across the street that belonged to a couple of other businesses. Absolutely fantastic food. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to pizza, but this was just great. It's not the cheapest pie around, but you will absolutely taste the quality in every bite. The crust is chewy, tender, and deliciously charred. The pepperoni has a nice kick and heft to it. The sauce has a mild but potent tomato flavor. The best part is the cook time. Five minutes from order to being handed the box. Just awesome. The location itself isn't really a traditional restaurant but a "grab and go" style spot with a few outdoor benches, but there is indoor seating at a bakery directly across the street. I had heard good things about this place and finally had the chance to try it the other night. I ordered the spicy pizza, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. To start, it took 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive at the coffee shop. When I opened the box, I was met with a soggy, unappetizing mess. The crust was so damp it seemed to be auditioning for the role of a wet sponge. We ordered 3 pizzas: one plain "cheesy bread" with an olive oil base (no red sauce), one half cheese/half pepperoni, and one seasonal pizza, which had apples and cheddar cheese. The wood fired style is unique, with a charred crust. It takes awhile, so be prepared and order accordingly. It was a 3-ring circus just to order with the two employees bickering back and forth in their confusion. How hard is for cheese pizza? We're big fans of Sessions Stand and we're excited to see Micah-Angelo's take over their old space. We finally got to try them this weekend, and it did not disappoint. We got a cheese pizza and a three meat, both were perfectly cooked with a thin crust not too crispy or too chewy.
