He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

My reason for the 2 star review is due to an AC issue with my vehicle. I brought it in at the end of June because there was no AC - it was leaking somewhere. I let them know when I recharge it myself it will last for 2 to 3 weeks, then it blows warm air again. They inform me the wrong Freon was put in the system (I put the correct one in, but I am guessing the person before us did not as it was purchased in January of this year). I go ahead and pay the $500 to have it drained, recharged and pressure tested - no leaks or issues found - good to go. Until this past weekend. The AC went out again (less than 3 weeks after it was filled). I take it back in and let them know it's blowing warm air again. They take a look at it and they say it's low on Freon and it would be another $480 to refill it for them to pressure test it and find the issue -- even though we just did that at the end of June. No thanks.

They did the water pump knowing my car could be compromised. Then I paid for the water pump and shop fees but no antifreeze was put in my car because I didn't fix all 3. I will never go back to this shop.

Then, once he changed the alternator, the radiator and the oil pump a few days, later my car overheated. Had it checked out, it was because the belt was not put on correctly and there was no water in the radiator or wherever water was supposed to be. Lastly, the pricing! They gouge your eyes out because they know you do not know what's going on and they're taking full advantage of that. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto shop. I'm not sure how they have so many good reviews on google.
