I am very sorry to say that her way was not the best way for my dog and none of my dogs issues were solved or even came close by the time the class was done. I noticed that none of the dogs in our class were any better. Most didn't even show up to graduation. Since her classes - i have learned so much by watching Cesar Millan videos and applying those techniques to my dogs issues. The results have been amazing. My dog is not one to learn from the nice approach (which is Meg's method). My dog needed the pack leader approach - I am now the pack leader. I just wish i would have read the Cesar books and watched videos before i spent the money on these classes .

I can't even express how glad I am that we found Dawn! Her training style and personality fit perfectly with ours. Dawn has a special gift and connection with dogs, our Bentley (8 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) absolutely loved her. Everything about her training made sense, from start to finish, as she explained (and re-explained, if necessary). She bonded with our Bentley, he came to respect what she was teaching and he was willing to please and obey when she was with him. Dawn gave us homework each week, with handouts as reminders, and did a recap at the beginning of the following week. After training hours, she even sent us a video of her demonstrating the process with her own dog once when we couldn't quite get a certain technique. We didn't always do our homework 100%, but Dawn was able to move forward and teach Bentley the next lessons. We have a lot to learn still and it is a daily learning process for both dog and owner, but are thrilled that we met Dawn. I am already considering bringing her back for a recap and tweaking in a few months. I highly recommend Dawn and Coast Dogs, no reservations whatsoever. I was heartbroken obviously, and at a loss of what to do. With the hope of going home for the holidays, I was in serious need of someone who was willing (and most importantly, capable) to handle such responsibility while I was away (visits 2x per day and administering pill's each visit... no easy task!). I began the hunt for a trustworthy pet sitter. I found Christa from Wiggle Your Tail through a client of mine who belongs to a pet sitting Facebook group who posted about my situation, and Christa was the first to reply to the post. I met her and 3 other pet sitters, one was even from a cat-only company which I assumed would be the most qualified, but I was pleasantly surprised when Christa came over for the meet & greet. She was HANDS DOWN the most sweet and comforting to my cat, as well as the ONLY one Puff didn't run away from before they entered my home. I do have to mention she also was the most communicative/responsive out of all companies. I instantly knew she had a special love for animals, you can tell by the way she tried slowly introducing herself to Puff during her first visit. I'll make the long story short here - I was having HUGE issues administering Puff's meds for more than a week, and I was beyond frustrated. I felt pretty hopeless as he was being SUPER difficult and non-cooperative (more than the typical cat I'd say), and although we didn't nail his meds the first meet & greet, Christa came over multiple times after to try and try again. She was so sweet and understanding of our situation, and after a couple attempts and trial and error, we FINALLY got it down!!!! Puff was NEVER afraid of her, always calm when she was over, and I can't begin to tell you all how above and beyond her customer service is. I am SO INSANELY GRATEFUL for finding Christa. In the end, my heart was telling me I should stay home with my sweet boy this holiday season as it may be our last together. We were too fresh into our new routine that I just didn't feel right leaving him quite yet, so I let Christa know right away as she graciously held the holiday time slots for me until I felt comfortable to make that decision, and her response was nothing but professional and supportive. I told her I wanted to continue using her after the holidays to do drop in visits when we need a little help here and there, so we plan on having a few more visits in the new year so she and Puff can become super comfortable with each other by the time I need to leave town again. I can honestly say at this point I wouldn't trust anyone else but her to confidently take care of his medical needs while my sweet little baby is still here with us. If you made it this far, you probably are super nervous to leave your pet with anyone, but please PLEASE know that your animal will be in amazing hands while you are away. THANK YOU CHRISTA!!!! Instead of returning them in a sturdy shipping envelope or box, Christa took a piece of regular white paper and folded it and stapled it into an envelope. Regular white paper! It was not strong enough or meant to ship house keys. And I didn't receive them right away, and when I contacted Christa, she didn't respond back. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I would recommend insisting that Christa deliver your house keys in person, if she ends up moving again.

We were recommend to Brian from our breeder after not getting great signals from the first place we took him to board (lost weight, not excited to go in when he arrive, loose stools after pickup, etc.) At first we weren't sure if it was separation anxiety or the facility.. but what a difference after we tried taking him here. He actually gets excited to see Brian and excited to run in the play yard when he arrives. Super clean facility and very large indoor / outdoor kennels gives even our 90 pound shepherd plenty of space when he isn't out in the play area. While we come in from Tampa to bring him, I'll take the drive every time knowing he is enjoying his 'vacations' now as much as we do!
