The rates have not changed except you now have to pay for play time and bathroom breaks. which frankly is a little inhumane. if you purchased five or 10 packs for daycare there now charging you an additional dollar for pet care which really doesn't make any sense. It should be a standard fee included in the cost. I think I'm gonna take my $2000 to $4000 a year out of Countryside and move it to Indian Bridge. Our dog walker, Doris, even tried brushing out our heavily shedding chow mix who does not like being brushed. I would highly recommend this business. In fact, I have recommended a couple people to them already. Some of the older reviews say they only accept cash or check however we paid by debit card in 2024 so apparently that's a recent change. We got our questions answered easily before and after the transaction they've always seemed available by text if we had a question in the early puppy days since we didn't know what we were doing! The staff was friendly and the price was right. They also offer exit baths and grooming for an extra charge. If you blink you will miss the turn. They are set back a bit but they have added signs to direct you to the location. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again. The only problem we had was that they only accept cash or check. We didn't know that beforehand so I had to run back out another 20 minutes to find an ATM. I didn't even think to ask that ahead of time because in this day in age you would think that everybody would accept a card. Knowing that next time we will bring cash! FYI if you pay with check it's more expensive so bring your cash.

We have tried other groomers and he is usually very nervous during and after the grooming experience. As a result he would often have some uneven cuts and if not we would have complaints about him being wiggly or reports of him crying. When we arrived to pick up our pup from Rufflections he was happy, his tail was not tucked, he was wagging and completely relaxed! If we are out of town, Dee goes out of her way to make sure Brandy feels safe. I have never known another pet sitter to go so far above and beyond! Our dogs are always happy and healthy when we return, and she leaves little notes letting us know things they did each visit. Dee also helped us find an excellent training place that has helped steer us in the direction of therapy dog for our latest rescue. We just had our dog groomed here. I combed out our 8 year old 120 lb male the day before. He had…read moresome matting in his face but NONE in his coat. When my husband retrieved him, they had completely shaved all of his hair except his head. He looks completely ridiculous. He went in looking like a show dog and came home looking like an alien. The next day I combed out his beard. The one thing they did do was his nails. Except now he won't allow us to touch his paws. That typically means there was likely trauma involved. We fully know that his coat is thick and somewhat wooly, but it brushes and combs out without huge effort, some effort, but not extraordinary and he enjoys being brushed and combed. They should have phoned us before shaving him. The difference of how he looked before they "groomed" him is earth shattering. Now our beautiful boy isn't so beautiful.
