Finally got to try Ruffranos Hells Kitchen Pizza here in Colorado Springs and when I tell you this place did not disappoint! The food isn't crazy expensive like I thought and was so worth it. I think the ice cream we got was probably the only part I was a little sad about, we paid about $3 per ice cream and got one scoop for $3 not so worth it. The ambience was really nice, the restaurant was clean and the environment is definitely family friendly with lots of seating areas which would be perfect for bigger families. We ordered a half and half large pizza and it was about $28.50. Really great service and fast food too, check them out! read more

Got in right after it opened and we were famished from a morning walking around Garden of the Gods. Stopped in for some slices and wasn't expecting to get one of the best pie slices I've ever had. The crunch on the undercarriage was amazing. read more

Strongly recommend! I was passing by the storefront and a friendly wave from A.D. brought me in. He immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome to ask any questions. Well, it turns out that the name of the restaurant is no exaggeration. if you've ever had pizza in Hell's Kitchen in NYC, this is the real deal! Their crust has that perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and the sauce, cheese, and toppings are spot on. I had a pepperoni slice and a grandpa square and couldn't have been happier. We got 3 pieces of pizza, the cheese pizza was already made they just had to add meat. It took about 20 minutes to get the slices. I guess that's how long it takes to make sure it was burned on the bottom. We didn't see the burned crust on the entire crust bottom til we got home. They're slow, not friendly, and can't judge how long to bake 3 slices of pizza. I won't go there again. read more

I'm just going to cut to the chase with this review: Hell's Kitchen Pizza is one of the best pizza's that I've had and tastes very similar to the pizza in New York, and everyone knows that New York has THE BEST pizza. I honestly think the sauce is the best part of their pies. The customer service was phenomenal as well. The gentleman that was working the counter, was also cooking, so you know he was busy. He still found it possible to put on a smile throughout the chaotic late lunch rush. Next time I'm going to try the famous Hellfire Knots! Went here for the first time before my son's graduation. Ordered some garlic knots and an 18 inch pepperoni pizza with the marinara on the side. Was good, the crust was crisp and the ingredients seemed fresh. Service was great they were very attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Only thing I think they could really improve on is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dinning room was not very clean, kind of glad I didn't see much of the back of the house. Ordered some pizza here while we were in town for Thanksgiving. We ordered on the Slice app which was really convenient. It gave us an estimated time for our order and we opted to do pick up. We got a regular large cheese pizza, a large pepperoni pizza, some garlic knots, and a slice of white pizza. The cheese pizza was excellent. Although I didn't personally have the pepperoni, it looked really good too. The white slice was really really dry. I'm not sure if I just got a piece that had been sitting for a while though. The garlic knots were really good but WOW they tasted more oregano-y than garlic-y. Quoted at 30-40 minutes for one 16 inch pizza. It's been 2 hours, I've called the restaurant 6 times over the past 45 minutes. No answer. We now have 20 minutes to eat before we need to get on the road. I'll think twice next time before ordering from the Cheyenne location. When it did finally arrive, it was room temperature. Furthermore, they didn't include plates or any of the chili flakes/parm that we explicitly asked for when ordering, which they repeated back to us on the phone. DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. My cousin and I went in to grab a bite to eat and an application for him. The tall, white male with glasses was insanely rude from the very start and didn't want to give us an app even though it says "now hiring" on the window. He acted like taking our food order was an inconvenience to him as well. My cousin then called after we left to see when the hiring manager would be in. This same man (tall white guy w glasses) answered the phone and refused to tell him when the manager would be in. He was cussing and displaying the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. He hung up on us several times and then wouldn't answer the phone after that. I guess he isn't aware that this is a business and not his personal cell. The foods good, sure. But the curly headed guy (mullet) has great customer service! We was in there tonight and he was working his butt off, while the guy he was working with moved like a sloth. This is some seriously great pizza. The garlic knots are also awesome. They need to be reheated longer as they were cold both times we've ordered them (eat in and take out). The number one pizza is the hella kitchen pizza. Don't bother getting anything else (unless you don't like spicy), as this pizza and the Hell's Kitchen. Knots are awesome! The owner or manager was in the store when I was there (Kyle) and he definitely should not be customer facing as he's loud and makes inappropriate comments to and about his employees when customers are clearly in the restaurant and can hear all of his jaw jacking clearly. Just because your crust is so thin it's nonexistent does not mean your pizza will come close to even bad pizza in NY. Not only was the crust nowhere to be found so too was the sauce and the cheese. If you fold your slice and it flops: bad If you take a bite and the cheese doesn't develop a long string from your mouth to your slice: bad If you can't even taste the sauce to judge it: bad Any self respecting pizza parlor must have a full array of pizza related spices: salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and garlic powder. You'll spend a cold day in THIS hell getting any of these except the crushed red. When I asked, the guy mumbled so indecipherably that after I asked 3 times and still didn't catch a word of the explanation, I gave up. It didn't matter. The most common and indispensable seasoning was not there! There are plenty of better ways to spend 4 bucks (tax and tip included) than to gat a slice here. read more

This place was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Stromboli and the dough was half cooked. My daughter had a calzone and had the same issue and the ingredients on hers were all pretty much raw. My wife got two slices of pizza, which really surprised me. She is a bit of a picky eater and I figured all of that disgusting pizza that had been sitting all day in that disgusting glass case in the front all would have turned her off. We sat at a table in the back that had a clear view of the area near the oven. If you go back there, take a look underneath of the counters there and look at all of the unclean flour and food that hasn't been swept up. It was at that point when I lost my appetite and just stopped eating. On top of all of the aforementioned, I don't know who the hell is running that place but they auto promote less chit chat and swear words amongst the staff.
