This is my go-to place for a dole whip. I love a lactose free treat in the summer, and they have a lot of flavors. The staff is mostly teenagers and I don't often see the same person more than twice, but they seem as helpful as a teenager would be. Like they aren't overly nice, but you know, nice enough. Although, my dole whip comes in different formats and cups types. Haha. I call and order ahead and always ask what flavor they have that day, because it's changing. While we certainly love Sno shack and love supporting a local business, there have been a few disappointments recently. We love going there for a sweet treat during the week, but their hours have been hard to track. We went there twice and it was closed around 6- 7. The second time we called and they said the closed around 7:30, we got there by 6 and they had already closed the whole store. Wow. This has everything for any sweet craving! From fried Oreos to dewars ice cream! I'm super impressed because I originally wanted to go to dewars but my 5 year old won and we came here. She chose right! I ordered the orange dile while with cream and it tastes just like a creamsicle so delicious! Can't wait to come try the Oreos! read more

Sno Shack is one of my favorite treats. I'm a regular at their pop up blue shacks around town for shaved ice but new to their store location on Brimhall, which offers a lot more in the way of food and treats. Lured here by a Pineapple Dole Whip, I placed my order online and waited in my car for it to be prepared and brought out. I love almost anything pineapple flavored. I also really, really loved Disneyland growing up so you can imagine my excitement as I closed my eyes, took my first taste and was whisked away to the Dole stand in front of the Tiki-Tiki Room. We went looking for La Rosa ice bars and found them here. They are only at the Brimhall and Jewetta location. There are nice tables inside for seating to escape the heat. They also have great looking Açaí bowls and dole whip cups like you get at Disneyland. The mini donuts and hot chocolate looked so good Byrne the photos. I saw vanilla and chocolate dewars ice cream and hot coffee. The shaved ice is a big draw in the summer and I am going back for a delicious smoothie with the kids. There is a big selection of ingredients for you to pick from to make your smoothie healthy and green or as decadent as you like. The employees are very nice and friendly. I love how they designed the store. It's super cute. I won a giveaway from them so my mother in law and I went and shared the winnings. I won a shaved ice, açaí bowl and donuts. We went with the tigers blood shaved ice and of course that was amazing! The donuts we tried both options they have which are powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar . The flavor was good but they were smaller then I expected. The açaí was good as well but the açaí was a little too frozen for my liking . I've now eaten açai from Sno Shack a couple times, so I attached a picture of both the small and large sizes in case anyone wants to compare the sizes. The small is $6 for the base and 0.50 per topping with a minimum of 3 toppings, while the large is $7.50 for the base and 0.50 per topping with a minimum of 3 toppings. I think both sizes are generous amounts for the price compared to other places around town. The large is quite large, so be prepared! I was able to eat most of it when I was quite hungry, but if you're looking for a snack the small is more than enough. Overall I am highly pleased with Sno Shack! The açai tastes as good, if not better, than any I've had. They gave a generous amount of the toppings and the fruit toppings were very fresh! Definitely recommend açai from Sno Shack. read more

We have been here on several occasions pre-Covid and now during. They have adjusted their establishment greatly to abide by guidelines including no indoor dining, plexiglass barrier when ordering, waiting outdoors for your orders and staff wearing ppe. We LOVE just about everything they serve and that they are constantly growing their menu. Dole whip. 15/10 will eat again lol. read more

I frequent Sno Shack a lot these days because you know, hot. This last visit was enough for me to make a proper analysis. Great establishment, would definitely recommend. Robust menu, plenty of flavors to saturate your ice with. I recently have been getting Horchata because it reminds me of Texas. It also reminds me of my time in AL making snow cream, but no one here is going to get that reference because again, hot. Get your fam, friends, and dates and visit this location! Amazing place during Christmas time i had won a $300 gift certificate. It came with smores, mini donuts, 20 regular size sno cone cups, fruit parfait, shirts, & hats. We used out gift certificate for my daughters 11th pre birthday party and it was the best decision we had made. The employees were so helpful, the treats were all so good! Love that there is a year round Sno Shack Restaurant now. The shaved ice is better than the little sno shacks, it's a lot finer and softer. Tried the açaí bowl and it was pretty good. The price is a little higher compared to other places and it only comes with 3 toppings, it's 50 cents for each additional topping. Most places already come with at least 5 toppings and fill the bowl to the top, for less money. I added peanut butter for an extra topping and it was a very small drizzle of peanut butter. Bute love the location, the staff is friendly, and the place is cute. Looking forward to trying the donuts and Dewar's ice cream. Update: We love this place! We've had the sno-cones, mini donuts, smoothies, açaí bowls, hot chocolate, and s'mores. Everything has been great. I am happy that they switched back to the spoonfuls of pb on the açaí bowls. I found out about this place through a friend recently and WOW I was so impressed with it! I've loved sno shack since I was a kid, and as soon as the hot weather rolled around I waited and waited for the little sno shacks to pop up around town. I am so excited that now there is a restaurant location that will be open year round! The space itself is great. I visited once COVID-19 guidelines were In place so I couldn't dine in. There is lots of seating indoors and a great outdoor patio with lights. Along with the classic sno cones, they have ice cream, donuts, and açaí bowls. The inside looks so cool. The little shack design is incorporated into the decor and it has such a fun feel. There are many opportunities for cute pictures of your treats. I got a sno cone and it was just as tasty as always. I can't wait to try more things on their menu. I think this is a place I'll end up visiting a little too often! read more

During the summer we come here once or twice a week. Today I thought hey why not, especially since I saw the vanilla soft post on their Facebook! My husband got his usual blue bubble gum shaved ice, and he loved it as always. It's his absolute favorite. I got the vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup... okay let's be honest... EXTRA chocolate syrup! I got a size Small and oh my gosh it was huge! I couldn't even finish the top swirly part! So into the freezer it goes until after dinner. The big reason we come here, other than the delicious treats, is the service. We have never had bad service here. Today I was running late to pick up my online order and didn't have a chance to call and let them know. I got a really nice text from them asking if I was still coming. I apologized and said yes I was on my way and they were very understanding. When I got there, the worker brought it out to my car in the rain since I had my little girl with me. I think I'll still to their shacks that are located in parking lots, staff are normally friendly at all their locations. At this location it seemed like they really didn't want anyone being there. Came here with no one wanting, still was brushed off as they had a heard of people. Asked for some hand sanitizer, that was by register, since it seemed that they weren't wiping the door handles and they said we don't have any.
