I am writing to formally express my deep concern regarding the treatment my senior ladies received at your establishment on 5/24. What was meant to be a simple, enjoyable outing turned into an experience that left them feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Our staff member reported that while she was placing individual orders for each person in our group of six, the cashier became visibly irritated and closed the service window after the second order--without explanation. She had to knock on the window just to get someone to return and complete the remaining orders. This behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances, but especially when serving seniors who rely on patience and courtesy. Shortly afterward, while the ladies were seated at a table, one of your employees removed the umbrella that was providing them with shade. These are older adults, and shade is not a convenience--it is a matter of comfort and safety. Removing it without offering an alternative or explanation showed a disregard for their well‑being. We understand that employees may have long days, but none of this justifies treating customers--particularly vulnerable seniors--in such a dismissive manner. Our intention was to give these ladies a pleasant treat. Instead, they were made to feel like an inconvenience. read more

Wife and I haven't been in long time, but the gentleman answered my wife's questions and helped her make the best choice! She got the "Tropical Rainbow" and topped it with "Vanilla Cream." Shave ice is a great cold treat on such a hot day in the 100s! I love Hawaiian shave ice because the texture is more fine compared to traditional snow cones. Menu: ~Shave ice flavors: large flavor selection that include typical flavors like strawberry, mango, lime, blue raspberry, etc. (I wish they had lychee on the menu!) ~Toppings: tajin, chamoy, vanilla cream, and icecream (additional $1.50) Order: ~Small ($3.50) half guava, half peach ~Small half strawberry, half mango + coconut pineapple icecream The flavors tasted as they should and shaved ice was very soft! If you consume it immediately, you won't experience that block of ice that has melted together making it difficult to enjoy. The guava and peach flavors were less artificial than the mango strawberry btw. The syrup was a tad on the sweet side for me, but the icecream in the center was delicious. For some reason, eating it with icecream doesn't add to the sweetness but rather balances it out. It's a strange concept but something I've always noticed when I get shave ice with icecream. This storefront is located in the middle of the parking lot, adjacent to A & W. They have a drive through which is surprising but definitely appreciated. I have no clue how in the heck this place has anything above a 2.0 star. They are cheap as hell and charge you for everything but then don't deliver. I am ok with spending money for quality. Extra charges? No problem! I'm happy to pay. So you're wondering what the point is and where this story goes south??! Let me explain. I paid extra for a topping, but they put so little that I couldn't even see that they even added it and let me tell you about my vision. It's 20/20. What's the topping you ask? Tajin. Yup good ole' chile peppers and salt. So I don't see the dang topping and what do I do about it? I go and ask if I can get the topping added because I paid. And the girl at the window says sure, but she needed to ask her manager. Cool, no problem...until said manager comes to the window to tell me it's not free. I tell her that I know and I had paid. She stares at me with a blank look and proceeds to give me attitude as she argues with me that it's not free. This is correct, arguing for sprinkles of tajin. I feel ridiculous even writing about it but it became an issue about the principle...like why can't they provide quality products and service to paying customers. This was just an example of what you could expect...subpar shaved ice that comes with a mediocre customer experience. The syrup options have a strong, plastic artificial taste and they love soaking your shaved ice in it. Anyway, the manager decides she will take it upon herself to make it a point that they don't give things for free but she'll go ahead and give it to me for free this time. I DID NOT ASK FOR FREE. I asked for them to add the damn topping I paid for aka Tajin to cover up the plastic artificial taste. The nerve to argue with me when I actually had paid for their crappy shaved ice was just odd. Like what was the point. I was asking for sprinkles of salt! It wasn't a big deal...the damn plastic spoon they gave me cost more than like 10 sprinkles of salt and chile peppers. And if they really were hurting for money, then they could have saved money by not drowning shaved ice in crappy syrup especially when I asked for extra light on the syrup. So anyway, good luck if you try this place. I'd go here for lame service and crappy shaved iced with extra charges for invisible toppings! read more

I was very confused with the menu. Frustrating when you take a simple concept of shaved Ice and make a mess out of it. I told a lady running the window how confusing. She was wearing a very large diamond ring that all most cut the window she slammed it so hard on me. That's Besides the point. (Owner) didn't like my comment on Confusing menu. (I owned a shaved Ice company for 15 years never did that to any one) I was wanting to see the concept of this company and to my amazement. Again that menu was crazy. Like if you are used to getting snow cones from an nice cream truck or the elote man , this is like a hundred times better. On our first visits We also ordered the tiki sunrise and the shark attack. The size is BIG for a small, I an adult couldn't even finish the small one. A small you can def split. The customer service here was great! Very polite! That's all you can ask for.
