The selection at Rug Expo is enormous, with a particularly impressive range of high-quality wool, handmade and natural-fiber rugs. They also cut high-quality pads specifically for both rugs, the pricing was excellent, and the service from beginning to end was first-rate. Most importantly, the rugs look fantastic in the house. The living-room rug completely transformed the room and works beautifully with the furniture and hardwood floors. I'm attaching a photo of the finished room. They repaired my rug. These guys broke my heart, in a good way. I have a rug approx 120 yrs old. It was one of my late father's inherited rugs. It was destroyed by moths and lack of care (me). Nobody would even take it to examine. Rug expo can and took it away and I literally cried when they brought it back. It was amazing. I cannot recommend them more. I can't believe they did all that work. There was extensive deterioration and moths. They cut it to save what they could and painted it/dyed it all to be as bright red as it once was. I was floored at what they did. And a very reasonable cost. I'm considering putting them in my will. read more

Better schedule some extra time to view the selection of carpets here! This was the third rug I purchased here. It had been quite a few years since my last visit but the owners remembered us. As in the past, I spent some time looking for exactly what I wanted without really knowing what it was but the staff provided some direction until I found what I thought would be perfect for the space. Since it cost somewhat more than I had thought of spending and was on the fence about it, the owner let us take it home to try it in our space. We did decide to keep it but I'm sure they would have been gracious if we felt it wasn't right and didn't purchase it. Again, the selection is largest I've ever seen so it's not too hard to find something that you will love. And the family that owns the business are delightful to do business with. read more

We have a large semi-antique Persian Mashad rug that was long overdue for a cleaning. Additionally, one corner of the rug's fringed edge was frayed and unraveling due to damage in a moving truck fire (long story!). They did a terrific job on the cleaning, breathing new life and brightness in to the rug. We were very pleased with the repair to the damaged edge and the addition of new fringe. While the two end edges no longer match, they are 12 ft apart, so I don't think it's noticeable. read more

I was referred to this business by a friend who brings her decorative Moroccan rugs here for cleaning. I brought two antique rugs in major need of repairs including some sewing. Both came out flawless! In fact, my antique Tibetan tiger rug had come from a home with dogs and had stains. After the first cleaning it still needed more love, so they graciously cleaned it again and it came out nearly completely restored.
