We wanted to do a tub to shower conversion in 2 bathrooms and completely redo our master bath to give it a more elegant look with free standing tub and brushed gold fixtures. My husband and I visited the Miramar showroom, which was very convenient since it was a one stop shop with a variety of materials to choose from. Although we had a general idea of what we wanted, Julia was very helpful in giving us suggestions and tied everything together perfectly for tile, quartz countertops, cabinets, and floor. The entire team were very professional and skilled. Demolition was very quick. Renovating 3 bathrooms meant playing musical bathrooms as we needed a functional bathroom during the entire project. Hilario was very meticulous in his work and treated his workmanship like he was working on his own home. He did all the plumbing work which included some complicated tasks like redirecting pipes and the extent of the free-standing tub installation. He took his time in making sure everything was done correctly. With my personality, I highly appreciated his attention to detail. Miguel and Daniel were extremely great at laying the tile and Miguel would always consult with me prior to installation to ensure the layout and tile placement was to my satisfaction. He ensured that the tile placement flowed to match each adjacent one. His communication was excellent and explained everything each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations in tile installation for all 3 bathrooms. Daniel did a great job with the floor installation and Christian did a great job with the carpet to tile transition, baseboards and assistance with mirror and medicine cabinet installation and painting. The glass doors were custom made and beautiful and despite a concern with one of the door measurements, this was rectified and replaced. My bathrooms are now so modernized, immaculate, luxurious and spa-like! I can't be more satisfied! I have recommended them to family and friends. Thank you, Tony, and team for a job well done!

I've purchased flooring from this place twice in the last two months, and I can say with confidence…read morethat you should avoid dealing with a guy named JASON at all costs. My first order was for three boxes of floors initially, which - come to find out from my floor installer upon opening - one box was damaged from their fork lift. My installer said it wasn't a big deal, just to take it back to Rayo and they would credit me. Mind you, I had just placed an order for TWENTY more boxes of the same flooring -- so clearly I was not out to scam them. If I could have used that box, we definitely would have. That seems to be pretty common sense, but oh man, you would have thought I was asking Jason to have them give me the Pacific Ocean for free. In a nutshell he completely freaked out on me asking to return the box. First he said "this is not damaaged!" Then that quickly turned out "I don't see why your installer can't just work around the damaged parts." Then from there it went to "Custom orders are final!!!!!!" WHIICH ONE IS IT?!?! Good grief! I explained the situation to him, and he even KNEW that I had just put in an order for twenty more boxes. He still acted like a complete and total jerk. Only when I ran out of the store in tears, did another associate (Mark) call me to let me know he would credit my other order for the 20 boxes to offset the cost of this damaged box. While I appreciate Mark for this gesture, I am disguted by how Jason acted. Definitely should never have this man in sales or any role that involves him interacting with other humans. I own three properties in San Diego -- and will never work with this place again. I'll make sure to spread the good word about Jason's level of service. WOW WOW WOW.
