Super-Happy with Service and Workmanship! We have an interesting Turkish Rug made of sections of older rugs, so there is stitching in the middle of the rug which provides a beautiful mosaic. Over a year ago Amir was running a special for rug cleaning. I brought in 9 filthy Persian, Oriental, Turkish rugs, some of which had not been cleaned or repaired in over 30 years, and I have had several dogs who have left their biomarks with vengeance. His assistant measured each rug, exactly, in front of me, explained how they came up with the price, and gave me the option of paying for the cleaning half up front or all of it at once. I thought the price was more than fair especially considering how incredibly smelly and dirty the rugs were. Amir went through each rug and educated and advised me on just what I owned, what was collectible, what would not come out ideal, due to the dogs, and how they would clean the rugs. I was shocked at how well they all turned out, and none of them had any residual odor. I coordinated a door to door delivery to my downtown condo for $25.00. It was worth every penny. Fast forward 18 months and we moved, and put our things in storage-except, I wanted the rugs cleaned again, and packaged before we put them in storage. I brought the rugs to Amir ( this time,11 rugs). They measured each one, and remembered several of them from the previous cleaning. Amir, again, went through educated and advised me on my rugs. He gave me a very generous discount as a return customer, and all the rugs were cleaned and packaged for storage in less than a week.
