Richard goes miles beyond what is strictly required; he was sharp enough to pick up a "buzzy" string in the base that previous tuners had been content to let pass. He keeps my M&H B singing with the warm, sweet, European tone that drew me to it in the first place. Moreover, Richard is a genuinely kind, warm-hearted person who clearly loves what he does. I recently had Ruggero Piano to replace the hammers, action parts, and key covers on my Baldwin grand piano built in 1956. I am a concert artist who tours and records. I can not say enough good about the wonderful work they did for my on both my Steinway concert grand and my smaller Baldwin grand. The Baldwin had become quite worn from years of use and no longer had the beautiful sound it did at one time. They took the entire action back to their shops and new it sounds and plays like it did when it was new again. I especially like the new key covers they used which have a lovely velvety feel. They were all hand polished to feel as much like ivory as possible and I am thrilled with the result. They will be taking care of my pianos from here forward without a doubt. read more

I recently had Ruggero Piano tune my piano again--this is the third year in a row. When they first came, it had been years since the piano had been tuned, and the sound after was simply lovely. So I have them back now once a year, and they do the same splendid job each time. It really makes a difference to keep that tuning in shape. I have purchased two pianos from Ruggero Piano and each purchase was earmarked by an honest appraisal of the instruments' pros and cons, a willingness to allow me to try out each with absolutely no sales pressure. Actually, there is little need to pressure customers to purchase one of their pianos, given the high quality they offer.
