Choosing a carpet cleaner can be a challenging task. I've had some bad experiences with punctuality and quality of work. But rug'it was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. The cleaner from Rug'it was able to come over on short notice and clean two outdoor decks for me using their commercial strength hard floor cleaner. I am in a high-rise and it is not possible for a floor cleaner to park close enough to the deck to run their hoses. I called around and found that Rug'it was on of the few cleaner able to use a stand-alone machine with the hoses just attached to the sink. I have tried to clean my decks myself using a varity of methods but it is a frustrating and dirty task with limited success. The results from Rug'it are wonderful. Rug'it cleaned years of dirt and grime from the tile on my deck. I no longer feel that I cannot walk out on the deck without tracking in dirt. I have entertained twice since then and only wish I had had the decks professionally cleaned sooner. read more

Had my tile cleaned today by Isaac. After 10 years by the beach with dirt tracked in and the soot from the port, my grout was pretty dingy. And when the area rugs were removed I could see how discolored the tile was from the products my cleaning service uses. But 1.5 hours of hard work by Isaac and it looks like new! The grout is back to its original offwhite color and the entire floor is spotless. Plus he told me how to keep it looking that way in the future. I needed a window cleaner for this Charming Home, which unfortunately had not experienced window cleaning for quite a while, as it had become a rental. Isaac came to clean my UPS Store on a Saturday morning prior to opening for the day. It was important that they Store was usable at 9am and so punctually at 7am he began and I was astonished at how much dirt he raised out of my one year old carpet. Using a combination of preconditioning and eco products, he worked methodically through the Store whilst simultaneously blowing the carpet dry as he went. Instead Rug It sent a sub contractor to my house who quoted 130$ for basically a 20 minutes job for 3 rooms.
