I've had Rug'it clean my place about three times already. This time I had him clean up the mess made by holiday party guests. (Apparently not everybody knows what "take off your shoes" meant.) I also had a few drink stains on my carpet and thankfully Isaac was able to take out the stains before it could really set in. He says I called him just in time as most people leave the stain for at least a year before attempting to get it out. It's a good thing he gave me the basics of carpet care the last time he was here. If he hadn't told me that it was a good idea to get my carpets cleaned around every six months I would have just accepted the stain to be permanent. As a customer there are 3-main things I am concerned with regarding work being done in my home. 1. Will they "start" on time 2. Will they be "done" on time 3. Do they know what they are doing? Isaac met all three of my main concerns. His prices are very fair and reasonable. My carpets had 2-years of constant staining, bubble gum and other miscellaneous damage from my 3-very young children. I can't say enough good things about Rug'it and Isaac. He's been out twice now to clean the nearly white carpets in our condominium. They are ten years old, but look brand new. He's also cleaned some upholstery and took a wool area rug out to hand clean at his facility. It is ten years old and looks brand new. Great value, professional and honest. I made an appointment online, but it was never confirmed. I called the day of the appointment to follow up. They called me back, apologized for the mix up and asked what they can do to make it up. They came later that day and cleaned my carpet as good as new. They informed me I used too much soap when I tried to clean it myself and some stains may return sooner than later. Our large white wool rug was thoroughly dirty from our black dog. Rug'it Cleaning staff took the time to find out what types of past cleaning and stains the rug had and dropping off the rug was easy. We picked it up a week later. Looked so much better, was back to its original color and they even took the time to reglue the backing that had become disconnected. also, I'm sensitive to smells and the rug came back with out any residual smells!
