I reiceved an estimate in a timely manner and then talked with Isaac to confirm some details, I will disclose that through the process I was a skeptic, trying to sniff out a catch. He quoted me a fair price for my property and also let me know his availability. He arrived on time, provided all the services he promised, also stuck to his estimate, which I was afraid would be inflated when he arrived, which was not. He performed the work solo, busted his ass, made sure the job was done right, even several times double or triple covering areas and asking if I was satisfied with the results (which I was). While he performed the work, we talked about all kinds of things in a very organic way, I felt like I got a good sense that he was an honest, hard-working, down to earth small business owner and overall a very good person. Isaac took time out of his busy schedule to explain the pros and cons of cleaning the rugs. Two of the rugs had a fabric that would've been risky to clean because they could be ruined by cleaning. So after getting quotes, we decided to just get one of our rugs cleaned. We took another one home and decided we'd forgo a cleaning and the third one we asked Isaac to toss because it wasn't worth trying to clean. A few weeks later, when I went to pick up the rug we got cleaned, Isaac surprised me and said he had decided to try cleaning the one we had decided to toss. I recently hired Rug'it to come to my house for a variety of jobs. I had them clean and seal the tile in my bathrooms, seal the grant in my kitchen and clean some rugs and and a chair. Isaac came out and did an excellent job for a great price. Isaac was very upfront and honest when assessing the costs of each service and did not try to upsell or push any services I did not need. When he was finished, the rugs and chair look brand new and the granite shined like it was just installed! Isaac is cool enough. But $95 dollars to clean a 6X8 space. He was at my house for a total of 35 min. That includes set up and take down. The actual carpet cleaning took 15 min. His minimum is $95 so if you have a small space to clean, you may want to think about it. read more

We had just moved into our new place and the previous owners had coffee stains in the carpet (honestly coffee stains were everywhere)!! We found Rug'It Cleaners by browsing Yelp and read through all the reviews. I added the company to the list of potential cleaners to call and spoke with Isaac. He had the best prices and he could service our new home in two days. He came out on a Friday and started upstairs and worked his way down. We told him about the coffee stains in the carpet and he advised that he would try to get them out and informed us that sometimes coffee will remain in carpets especially if it is instant. He was very thorough and professional. Our carpets looked new. He told us that after the carpets dried, the stain in the master bedroom may or may not come back. If the stain returned he would come back out and try another remedy. Unfortunately, the stain returned and we had to call Issac to come back to see if something could be done. He said that he would come back out in a few days to see what he could do. We set something up for Tuesday and he advised that he would try to squeeze us in that day. We stuck around that day but no Issac. We were not upset that he didn't show because we knew he must have been busy or forgot. We called him back a few days later and he apologized for not showing up. He told us that he would be at our home the following Monday. He came back with his spray bottle and iron. I wondered how those two items would remove a coffee stain but to my surprise it did. I would definitely recommend his service and would call him back to clean our carpets next year. read more

After seeing my yelp review Issac came by to look at my rug and though he didn't smell the same pee smell I did, with some insisting, he agreed to rewashing the rug. He rectified the problem and I am much happier with the rug. My reason for only adding one star is that, although he cleaned the rug an additional time, he insisted the smell was from the glue on the rug. Since receiving the rug back I no longer smell pee thus leading me to believe it was poorly washed. Furthermore the "stained" spots where my dog had peed can now only be seen if I know where to look.
