Today I needed to have the tile in shower and bathroom floor cleaned (I wish I had taken a picture of how bad the shower was) along with the carpets in two bedrooms and hallway. There was clearly a major error by whomever we spoke to as it seems they never booked the appointment she arranged. We got our rugs cleaned effectively at a laundry/cleaner for a reasonable price.
