I really appreciated their honesty and found their pricing to be very comparable. They were speedy, very friendly, and cleaned up so that I never knew they were there - except of course for my clean new fascia board. Additionally, I am a real estate agent and have hired GeRoy Construction to handle several handy-man type projects for my clients (again - very thorough, honest, and price competitive.) It saved us a lot of time and money as very often if one company can't do their part of the work on time it delays the entire process. We were on a very strict timeline. Fiximize team completed everything a couple of days before the due date. They also left the space clean and free of any construction debris. I believe that we're able to get such a great price for the house (it was on the market for just two days, and we were offered the price that exceeded our expectations) due to amazing renovation Fiximize team helped us to do.
