Not only was the trainers motivating and yet tough love to push you to your very best, but the other class-takers were also encouraging. The bootcamps and personalized group training classes are only 30 minutes long, so by the time they kick your butt, the class is over and you don't have time to hate it. Every class is different, but engage every part of your body. Shoutout to Eric for creating that nice booty and showing me exercises that I normally would be afraid of at the gym (i.e. assisted pull-up, barbell squat)! Kenny strictly adheres to corona best practices. We work out in a large space and are socially distant. We wear masks and wipe everything down. I feel safe and am so grateful I can exercise without worrying about this. I've never been great at working out and I've learned how to do things I'd only previously watched men do that the gym. In 2 months, I've seen excellent results. I am strong (lifting more weight than I ever thought I could!!) and have lost weight. This is just 2 months in and I'm so excited to see where I'll be in 6. Lastly, Kenny makes these workouts I never thought I could do easy. Somehow, when he's coaching you, you forget the pain of what you're doing. No workout is ever the same and it's always kept interesting. He's got a gift and my body is benefitting from it big time!

I was in my best shape when I played sports and had a coach. The atmosphere at CKO gives me the same feeling. Love getting their and have someone give me some type of direction. Melissa called me back right away and after a few minutes I felt confident enough to try it out. That was two months ago. I cannot even tell you how much I love Crossfit now- Melissa and Bryan are the most supportive, kind, and amazing trainers. I have a bad back and I am still able to fully participate in each workout. Their knowledge and love for what they do is evident each and everyday- they encourage me to push myself at MY level. I have never been an active person- I've gone through spurts of working out at home, but never anything serious. I have never been as in shape as I am now- each week I surprise myself with something I couldn't do the week before. This week I ran farther than I ever have before- the feeling of accomplishment is addictive! Melissa and Bryan celebrate each milestone with me, and that's why I keep coming back. It's amazing to have such encouragement! And EVERYONE who goes there feels that way! My personal favorite part about this place: the community. There's always someone here who is encouraging, wanting to see you become your best! Everyone is friendly and I believe the owner/coach Melissa plays a huge role in that. Her energy is always positive and is always looking to draw the best out of you. The coaching here is very in-depth and thorough. A quick story: I had been coming to this gym for a long time. I had a very serious injury (completely not CrossFit related) where I was unable to participate for a long time (close to a year). However, that did not stop the coaches here from being a huge support system. Melissa contacted me throughout the rehab. Coach Bryan even let me do some light workouts to help my rehab along. And for them, I am extremely thankful. I have just recently gotten back into the swing of things and it's like I had never left. There are plenty of new faces, but friends are made quickly here! I have been coming here for about 7 months. Prior to joining F45, I was not into fitness and would…read moresay I was pretty weak. The gym was super welcoming from day 1 and clearly is a community. I always felt comfortable (and still do) being at this gym. It is always clean as well! :) there are bathrooms with a shower if you need them. Something I love about F45 is that the coaches are knowledgeable and really challenge me to improve, even when I need to modify exercises. I have never been much of a self-motivator when it comes to fitness, so this is a big plus for me. There are cardio days, strength days, and combo days - you can pick and choose which days work for you. I have really seen a difference in my fitness and my confidence since joining F45. I really enjoy going and will continue to keep up my membership!
