After some back and forth the owner ultimately became very aggressive and said "if you want me to deal with this issue personally you can come in person and we can handle it like men" to my older brother which felt threatening. We left the interaction feeling disrespected, intimidated, and completely disgusted with how our concerns were handled. We were unable to reach a resolution or receive a refund despite raising what we believed was a serious food safety issue. Finding a literal insect in a meal is concerning enough, but what made this experience especially disappointing was the way we were treated afterward.
