Evie is a sweet little pup, but also very stubborn and she took to the training immediately, and with practice at home on a regular basis, we made great progress! The counter surfing has ended, and she is getting much better with her manners as well as off leash recall. I also recently boarded Evie, and let me tell you- that was incredible. She went out 2x for hour long hikes, and I added on some boosters to reinforce her Turn Key training, she had a blast, and was exhausted when I picked her up. THE TRAINING STICKS!!…read more One year ago I dropped Vision off for his Board and Train. Today, I took him out on a hike off-leash and he did amazing! By the end, he was WILLINGLY in heel and walking by my side. He continued to listen to commands throughout the hike, and this just goes to show that sticking with Bailey's plan and continuing the training works! Since Vision's Board and Train, I've utilized Bailey's boarding for various trips. Vision is excited every time he's dropped off and I know that I can trust Bailey and her team. My neighbor was walking by and two dogs had escaped this location; one pit bull and one German…read moreshepherd. The two dogs were standing in front of an OPEN GATE from this facility. The dogs were growling and barking and then both dogs charged at my neighbor! Luckily my neighbor picked up some rocks and threw them at the dogs to stop them. My neighbor and another man were able to escape without being attacked. Someone should call the police and at least make a report on this facility.

He had been acting out of sorts at daycare too. I expressed my worries to Heidi upon check in and she understood he was still going through a tough time without his buddy. She told me she would indicate that he was a special needs dog, who may need some extra care and attention. I really appreciated her going out of the way to put my mind at ease for our trip. I checked in a few days into our vacay and was told he was not eating like normal and asked if they could try some chicken broth and pumpkin to encourage him to eat. I told the staff on the phone that he had been more finicky with eating even with new wet foods. They would keep an eye on him and let me know if anything changed. I got a call from the staff the day before pick up and was told my dog hadn't eaten in two days but energy at daycare was normal. They offered to try and hand-feed him. When I picked him up, they said they were able to get him to eat some so he must've been getting lonely and wanted extra attention. I have really appreciate all of their staff's help in getting our dog adjusted to the loss of our other dog and for their support and understanding during his first solo stay. Thank you!

There really nothing for me and my kids to check out other than a couple guinea pigs, some parakeets, and a sad collection of fish. I saw some cool decor for fish tanks, but a dismal selection of fish. I watched the groomers and... I don't know, looked like it was a bit of a struggle to be honest.
