However the item delivered was not of the "custom" quality described on the website. As a matter of fact, the item pattern matched the images on the website to a T... so clearly not custom. Not only was it not custom, the design printout was of low quality and looked cheap. When an item is not custom and of low quality, it doesn't warrant a custom price tag. I engaged owner for a return within 10 days of delivery, which is outlined as their return policy, and they gave me a weak excuse "we are a small shop" as if to imply that I was rude to ask for a return and hurt a small business. After two email exchange, the owner stopped responding to my emails. Suffice to say, don't buy their beautiful looking lazy susans. They are overpriced, not custom, and are low quality. Not worth a $325 price tag. Avoid this shop and owner. They don't deserve your business.
