We're doing a bit of a self-made pub crawl of downtown Honesdale and only came here for the delicious brews... so we thought. We got a couple appetizers after our wonderful waitress suggested we try the dip here (great suggestion). Service was great! Our server was on the spot with all of our orders, drinks came out quick. The kitchen had our appetizer out almost as fast. Ambiance is pretty trendy. Painted concrete floor, oversized steel chandelier, wood accents, and painted murals adorn the walls. The brew works can be seen through giant glass windows.

Was in the area and planned on visiting this brewery. The 2 IPA's that was on there website I wanted to try was not on tap. I was disappointed but we did enjoy 2 different IPA's Wheelhouse and day tripper. We ordered nachos and pulled. They were good but a little dry. The chairs at the bar were a little low and uncomfortable. We really liked the atmosphere here and when in the area again we will stop in for a beer and food.

They did a nice job cleaning up the old outdated Irving cliff brewery. I'm happy they have liquor now, because I prefer tequila over beer and my husband likes to try the ipas. Food was good we split the smash burger and yummy!!!! Beer was mediocre. The bartender was so sweet. He was friendly and didn't mind chatting with us. I felt terrible when his manager came behind the bar and basically yelled at him to go home because it wasn't busy. He looked crushed. It was very inappropriate of the manager. All the patrons at the bar got their checks including us. We tipped him and empathized. Of course it was terribly busy at 2pm on a pouring Saturday. It's in between lunch and dinner...

A very good variety of beer something for everyone. The quality of the beer is okay some better than others but none we had were bad. The dry apple cider on the guest tap from Ritters Winery and Cidery is excellent highly recommend. The service was not very good when we were here which dropped it a whole star in my rating. Also, the ambiance here is very nice and simple.

Apps were good! Main entree terrible! Got the chicken bowl . Chicken was dry corn was canned . My husband had the pull pork sandwich. Very fatty! Service was great except manager. She hangs at the bar , when people come in she jumps to seat them . Told her we wanted to sit at bar told us there were plenty of seats ( the same one she was hanging at) there were none had to go back to where she was standing ask for a table . No apology. She seemed bothered . Waitress was great! Second time we were there manager was unfriendly both times . Would only go back for drinks and apps .

We had frequented their predecessor ,Irving Cliff, in the past. The beers are lackluster. In all likelihood, we won't be back.

The really spicy sauce is very spicy and doesn't taste great. We got it on the side which was a good choice. Wing was well-cooked and tender. Bread and butter type of stuff. I enjoyed it. However, I had some of my friend's pizza. Would be fine for kids. I was not a fan. I know NEPA folks have different standards for pizza and it may just not be to my tastes as a born-and-raised Delawarean. (I'm not saying Delaware has excellent pizza). The burger was good. Nothing to write home about. Server was friendly. Cleared the clutter well and very personable. The key to this place is the ambiance and the beers. Great place to watch a game with friends. Perfect amount of patrons. Looks clean and cabin-like. Located outside of Lakeland orchards on the way south. I imagine the place would be receptive to larger parties if you called ahead. TLDR: Overall good experience, go for the vibes and beer. Stick to bar food.

Because of traveling through, we didn't realize it was karaoke night. It was very entertaining but very loud for a family-friendly dinner. I'm no pearl-clutcher, but people were swearing while singing and talking into the microphone in case that is not your thing. The beer was all very good. Probably the most pleasing assortment of beers we've had at a brewery in a while. I had the Whistle Wheat Ale w/ Blueberry. Among the table we also had: Gooseberry Gose, Smooph and Hillclimb Hustle. We ordered tasters of the Mango Habanero and Blackberry Jalapeño. All were delicious. The food mostly got thumbs up. The homemade pickles were SO close to being amazing. They were hammered with salt. I couldn't even finish one of them. Maybe someone went a little heavy with the salt on this batch. The Mushroom Swiss burger had the same issue: something in there was over salted. Not sure if it was while cooking the mushrooms/ onions or in the aioli. Someone at the table ordered the chicken sandwich and it.came out a bit overcooked. For the thumbs up: the Outpost Burger, the pizza, and the Blackened Chicken Fajita wrap. Giving 4 stars because the beer at the heart of the brewery was so good. The food was hit or miss but is worth a stop. Karaoke was funny but listening to the same three people sing over and over - maybe it's not the right entertainment? Or maybe it was a bad night and I'm just a random tourist swinging through town. Totally possible.

A local favorite basing on review's so we made sure to swing by during our visit of the town…read more Brewery is always on our list whenever we do an out of town trip. Though lately, my husband and I are trying to avoid alcoholic drinks due to health reason, just enjoying the vibes make us happy. Complimentary popcorn gave a good head start. Our mocktails ( blueberrry lemonade) hit a spot , no alcohol but the taste is satisfying. Our garlic Parmesan chicken wings and fries which were sumptuous by the way are beyond our expectations. We came on a midafternoon weekday visit but heard they offer music during weekend nights. I assumed that the place is packed with guests who is wanting some fun times. Decor is cool. A recommended place to be when in the neighborhood.

We made this stop right after hiking and the beers just hit the spot. I had the Streamside Pilsner and I fell in love. My husband also enjoyed his Eagle IPA. The beers were smooth, not too hoppy, rich, and high- quality. We also shared the brisket poutine that came with fries, brisket, and cheese curds. We enjoyed that as well but thought it could use a little less salt. Overall, the service here was great and everyone was so friendly! The vibe is super cozy and relaxed. We wish we lived closer so we could go more often. The local beers that were recommended to us were so good, I had to take some home with me!
