Been there a few times: Good Beer select. The burger - looks like it comes from a sleep at walmart - very little tast. Next, the wings, the flavor is good, not very meaty - actually order two because 1 order wont do Go for the philly cheesesteak. the trays are small - this is how the limit the serving size for better wings - Johns Italian - get the spicy Asian wings, tasty and meaty The pizza - good but pricing for Pizza - Piero's --hads down the best. Reviewed this place 11 years ago almost to the day, as it was Backdrafts then, before the fire. A lot has changed since then as I haven't been back until today, since. Interior décor is now like an industrial cafeteria with the pizza on the right, a larger kitchen behind that, the old dining section looks like it was turned into bathrooms, and the left bar area was always there, but now a bit more open and roomy. The back deck outdoor seating is also somewhat new as it was just underway back then. The atmosphere is fitting of the type of restaurant it is. Service was polite and friendly, wait time for a party of nine was about 10 minutes if that. We had two toddlers with us so the hostess brought coloring paper and crayons to keep the kids occupied. Food time was a little long but the restaurant was packed, it probably is always packed at that. Not sure how the drink menu has changed but the draft beer list was slim pickens; just American macrobrew crap with two unknown IPAs. No cell service inside so couldn't see the drink menu because you need to scan to bring it up. Food was alright, bar food, sandwiches of all kinds, burgers, pizza, and bbq. Couldn't smell any smoke this time around so not sure where they are making the bbq if they are. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles sandwich with fried pickles. Frozen pickles and fries; fries I get but make the fried pickles at least. Didn't like the fries really, they were just plain and once you pull them from the oil if they're not overly seasoned they're impossible to season. The waffle sandwich doesn't make any sense at all. The liege waffles were dry and have hard crispy sugar in them leaving you with a sandy mouthfeel which is off putting. The birthday girl got the maple version and agreed the dish was weird. I didn't want to finish it but I did; chicken was good at least. It was crunchy, flavorful, a bit over cooked, but not bad. Others had plain pizza and they said it was tasteless, but to me it looked fine; firm not floppy, but maybe a bit thin. My wife got the caprese fried chicken sandwich and she said the chicken was good. The others got pulled pork fries that didn't look really appetizing; pork over tons of fries with very little sauce and unmelted cheese. Overall NEPA is aggressively, dramatically, and severely inundated with pub style food restaurants to the point it's irritating. Draft's price point is too high to justify many if any repeat businesses for this kind of food. The number of establishments like this enormously outweigh "finer" dining options for nearly the same price. read more

The Belgian waffle chicken sandwich was amazing! 5 stars for the sandwich! Onion rinds not so much! They need to be crispy not soggy. read more

This restaurant and bar had a great vibe, but live music on the weekends. Prices are fair for the quality of food, and portions are generous depending on what you order. The service was pretty quick and everyone was very nice The caprese chicken sandwich was decent, although could have used some fresh basil. Cold draft beer at a great price. Food... eh. I ordered the signature burger. Fries were room temperature and spongy. The burger was overcooked and crispy on the outside. My date's chicken sandwich with garlic aioli was swimming in aioli. His fries were just as bad as mine. Service was decent. I sampled a plain pizza slice on another occasion. I would give that 4 stars. It was just a tad undercooked for me. Don't go for the menu. Go for the sports bar atmosphere and the pizza. read more

Really don't have anything bad to say about drafts. It's super close to my house and they have very good bar food. Party of 4 went on a busy holiday weekend. Some servers were on their game, ours was not. We sat for 30 minutes no drinks or orders. Once ordered the food must of been on the counter, all food was barely warm. The pizza cold, the chicken dry. A manager needs to be present and make sure things are running properly. Hire more staff and weed out the bad ones. They had a nice band, and the grandma pizza was tasty. I would go for pizza and drinks and music if I went again. read more

Can't understand the good reviews???! Four of us had the worst food we we have ever had. The smasher Hamburg was so burnt it was so small . Fries were reheated in a micro. Buns were stale. Draft's is very spacious with plenty of seating options inside and out. It's a really well done building. The service is friendly enough and good. The food is decent. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly having ordered it Medium. I will agree with another reviewer that the fries are bland and tasteless. They look good but taste like nothing. The menu is good with a variety of offerings. A lot of other tables were ordering pizzas so I assume it must be good. We had a great dinner outside. We were a party of 4, after long time avoiding eating out. The tables were spaerd out pretty nice which we liked. 3 of us got burgers that were GREAT! We all agreed just the burger is worth going back. One of us had the nachos as of his entrée, it was huge! He couldn't finish it up... We actually enjoyed this Bar & Grill. Space is very large , good social distancing while you eat. I live nearby and all the construction was done during the first few months of COVID. We were excited to try it being cooped up for months! The only thing I can comment on is the beer selection. I'm not a huge fan of bear but from the perception of the giant space it looks like there would be more options. They basically have domestic beers and a small selection at that. They need to brew their own beer with a space like this! (Maybe it's in the works?) or have a lot more selections.. The pizza is really the star of this place. Very delicious! These nachos were a winner for me too. Portions are very good. I have been back for take out for the Caesar salad wraps that are great as well! read more

My boyfriend and I went to have lunch at Drafts today and were mostly disappointed by the service we received. Initially it was fine we were sat quickly (the place was not busy as it was around 1pm) we ordered our drinks and an appetizer (soft pretzels with beer cheese 4/5) and it took around twenty minutes for it to come out to us, about fifteen minutes into the wait the waitress, who was very kind, asked us if we needed anything else and took our order for our main food. She then brought out our pretzel and after another twenty minutes we finally received our pizza (chicken bacon ranch 6/5 absolutely delicious) but at this point it wasn't hot out of the oven. We finished most of our pizza and waited quite a while for our check to be brought to us. My biggest gripe was that we could see into the staff area where we saw the waitresses standing around on their phones. Other than that the place had a great ambiance and was clean and well decorated. I would absolutely go again for the pizza and give it another try. read more

With that being said, I feel like they're understaffed and because of this service can be slow. Still worth the trip, but maybe try somewhere else if your in a rush. We were so excited to see drafts rebuild and reopen after the tragic fire. The place is beaut and spacious. Thank goodness for the space because we need it now with social distancing.
