We ordered two pizzas, as we were unsure about the size, but one would have been enough. The meat lover's was $17, and on one we added onions and peppers. When there was still no update, I flagged down another server, who said they would check with the kitchen. By this point, it was nearly 9:30 p.m., my entire table had nearly finished eating, and I still hadn't received my dinner. When my steak finally arrived, it wasn't what I had ordered. I had ordered the NY Strip Steak Frites special but instead received a 10-ounce sirloin. Again, the explanation was simply that they weren't sure what had happened--perhaps another guest had received my order or there had been a mistake in the kitchen. To the restaurant's credit, they removed my steak from the bill. However, what disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself--it was the lack of communication and customer service. Throughout the entire situation, no one came back to provide updates, apologize directly, or offer a meaningful resolution. In fact, my server never spoke to me directly about the issue after realizing there had been a problem; I learned my meal had been removed from the bill through another member of our party. Mistakes happen in every restaurant, especially on a busy night. What leaves a lasting impression is how those mistakes are handled. The are always crisp but not overl cooked. They make the sauce fresh with every order and it's easy to tell that it doesn't come from a bottle like so many other restaurants use. If you like BLT's, this place can't be beat. I counted 8 slices of crispy bacon on mine with crisp lettuce and nice slices of tomatoes. The fries that came with it were fresh cut, not from a bag. There's table service and a bar with two of my favs, Sam Adams Winter Lager and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on tap! Although serving sort-of-the-same food as downstairs but fluffed up name-wise and price-wise, at least you get to sit down at your own table instead of being crammed in cafeteria rows. Plus you can relax and defrost a bit while looking at the gorgeous scenery. And the french fries are pretty darn good! The wait staff is friendly and we were not rushed out of our seats to turn over the table. The rest room lines are shorter upstairs too. The only bad thing is that searching for an outlet to recharge your phone is a chore. Rich skiers can just use the special recharging stations that charge you $2.99. When we asked Seth about looking into thr order the response was literally " no im too busy". Overall awful experience at Seasons. The band was great, but everything else made it an awful experience. Ill take my money elsewhere.
