I had seen Armando's truck in the neighborhood and we had some 30 year old patio furniture (as well as some other odds and ends) that we want to get rid of. I called him on Friday afternoon and he came that day and cleared it all away. After that, he swept the patio and got rid of all the dirt and leaves that had gathered under the furniture. I wasn't expecting that but he said it was one thing that separated him from others. I had read about him doing things like that before but I was still pleasantly surprised.
