I've had the bathtub…read moreback up halfway from drain clogs (luckily a tub and not a shower that has a smaller basin) a few times in the past year or so. So, I have some clog issues too often. I've had other plumbers come fix it, but the problem keeps coming back. I saw good reviews for Pipe-Line and decided to give them a try (also, my past plumber was out of town). Mark arrived the same day on time (I hope I remembered his name correctly) and did an awesome job! I'm not a plumbing expert of course, but, I've hired many and seen what they do. I can say Mark not only seemed way more knowledgeable than past plumbers I've worked with, but, also was very helpful, and, put up with me asking a lot of questions! If you have plumbing issues, I recommend giving them a call!

I said no thanks. Found Alfi with Google and got Mike the owner on the phone right away. He was able to change around his schedule to meet me back at my house within 30 mins. He arrived early. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 1 hour. I even had him fix a slow flushing upstairs toilet. The total cost was close to half of what Roto Rooter wanted to charge. I will continue to use Alfi in the future.

I called a few off of Yelp and got no one who did the "rodding" job we needed. Then, we got a call from John, owner of Gottfried Sewer Rodding. He had another job he was working on, but told my husband he would call back at 8 to let us know if he could make it that night, or if we would have to wait till morning. He called at 8 and said he could do it. Wow. Very unexpected. John is so nice, explained exactly what was wrong and what it required and got to work. This man worked till 10:30 on a Friday night when he should have been kicking it at home with a beer. His price was RiDiCuLoUs!!! So low-ball I was stunned and made my own price. Connected with him quickly and arranged a time to come out - he gave me the cost before hand and it was very very reasonable. He showed up on time and explained everything as he worked. It took maybe an hour - he rodded the main out twice and we checked it. It worked great and it is still working great after more than two months. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of chemicals, gives good advice on how to keep your system free from clogs,and sticks to his quoted price. I highly recommend Gottfried Sewer Rodding in every way!

Dad's a tough customer since he used to do all that stuff himself. They were great - patient, professional, efficient and got it all done quite quickly. Even dad thought they did a good job and he would hire them again. Special thanks for hauling the very heavy water softener and salt from the softener up the stairs to the garage for disposal. Dad's also hates to pay for stuff he used to do himself, but the cost was reasonable - even to dad. Planning on having them back soon to fix other stuff that dad has put off.
