This year, I ordered wreaths on Nov. 30 with the expected shipping date of 2-5 days. One of my wreaths was not delivered until Dec 19 and the others were received on Dec 13. Both well beyond the stated 2-5 day shipping time. There was no communication at all about the delay. If they had communicated, I could have ordered another gift that would have been received in a timely manner. And after spending over $250 in wreaths, they offered a $10 gift card as an apology. The gentleman helping me was amazing and super helpful in letting me know the ones I got were not suitable for my calf type and helped me find a very comfortable new ski boot. We were prepared to pay for parking and entrance to the park as per the instructions on the website. Today it was free which was nice. The drive through the entrance to the parking lot was scenic and well marked. At the lake we met Grace and Wes who outfitted us with life jackets and made sure we knew where to go. We also saw a map of where not to go. They are asking for people to not go near the dam, but that wasn't an issue as there is a ton of open space to explore. The lake was quiet, scenic, and beautiful! Without jetskis, boats, etc we were able to hear birds and fish jumping in the water. The sounds of nature really made it seem like an escape that would only be experienced much further away. The two hours flew by, and we are already planning another trip back. Awesome morning 5 minutes away from Parker.

DSW at Park Meadows in Lonetree, Colorado 1/4/2026. I returned a pair of Sketchers I bought on…read more1/2/26 because the right shoe fit very loose compared to the left. Also the instep on the shoe did not cover the booties I wear with sports shoes. I have never had a problem with one shoe being that loose. I found another pair I wanted to purchase. They were $85.00 and more than the discounted shoes I was returning. I noticed the soles on the new shoes were very dirty and the front top part dirty too. Even though they did not look new, i was willing to buy them. I asked for a little discount since it looked they were used and returned. The cashier asked Jasmine, (assistant mgr?) who said no, that the store floors were very dirty and folks try on shoes on and walk around the store and get the shoes dirty. She could not see anything that would warrant a discount. She also said something like 'they get upset if we discount'. I asked who is "they"? She said Corporate '. I asked for her Mgr and she said she was not in nor could she give me her schedule as to when she would be in. She said I would be receiving a survey and I could reply there about my store experience. Jasmine offered to order a brand new pair and issue me a store credit. I declined and asked for the refund on my personal card that I originally paid for the shoes I returned. She complied. I don't think a little 5-10% discount on a pair of $85.00 shoes would break the bank for DSW. In my opinion, DSW and Jasmine feels a pidly few dollars are more important to DSW than keeping a customer happy and loyal. There are so many other stores to purchase shoes from that will be getting my business. Thank goodness DSW isn't the only 'show in town'! Also coordinate your website hours for the Lonetree store with the tacky, unprofessional sheet secured on the entrance door with scotch tape! Jasmine also said this is what Corporate gave them to post.
