I visited this store (1 of 2 in the Denver area) back in 2021. You enter from inside Park Meadows Mall. They still have the same arrangement with women's on the left side and men's on the right side. A great variety of fall & winter clothing including cotton and flannel shirts, hiking pants, light and heavy coats with various levels of down filling. Going past the checkout register halfway inside, you reach sundries items and shoes/boots. The clearance section for both women and men is in the back next to the free fitting rooms. I found a nylon shell casual shirt for 50% off. The length was just right so I could wear it unticked. Searching for their branded T-shirts, I found 2 for 20% off. I asked Tim who was roaming the floor if they had 2 other colors in the back room, but no luck. Then I found a nylon down filled long sleeve coat for 30% off. So I saved $84.30 by shopping carefully. They applied discounts to already marked down merchandise which is rare. Their rewards program has changed, so I got a new Loyalty number. read more

Service here was about what I would expect from a store in the mall. Fairly quick with employees that were generally friendly. I got the standard "let me know if I can help you with anything" greeting after a few mins of looking around the store. I did manage to find something and checkout was smooth. read more

Having worked here, I've recently stopped in this location twice to see management and associates I've worked with to say hello and to inquire about several items I'm needing here soon. Not only have I not seen anyone who I used to work with (complete turnover?), but NOT one "new" associate ever offered to help or even said welcome in, not a peep from several different people. We enjoy their products; however customer service at this location is terrible. We are discouraged to go to this location again now. We reserved the stuff online to be picked up from the store after receiving the booklet via mail. Picking up the stuff from store instead of being shipped gave discounts to customers. When we got to the store, the lady was really rude and made faces and kept arguing that Eddie Bauer does not send paper stuff via mail. We just wanted to leave from there. read more

We have purchased countless items from Eddie Bauer, sometimes online but usually in the stores. We are gold members and use the Eddie Bauer credit card regularly. We had something happen at this store that both surprised us and disappointed us. My wife ordered jeans online and when she received them they were the wrong ones. She ordered the right ones and the shipping receipt had the right item number but whoever shipped the order had put the wrong pair in the bag. I went to the Park Meadows location to return them and the younger guy working there said they couldn't return them for us because it was the wrong pair and we would have to ship them back ourselves.....what??? I am a new customer to Eddie Bauer and came to the Park Meadows store and had just an outstanding experience. The associates were just fantastic and very helpful in locating my size in the clothing and accessories that I wanted. Plenty of great deals can be found at this store! I've always loved EB and even worked at this store for a short period when I first moved to CO. I love the "new" look of the store but it's weird how the mens and ladies sections are so separate. If you have patience to dig through the large clearance section you can find great deals on clothing! read more

Beautiful store at a Beautiful Mall. This E.B. is huge, plan to spend some time here. I love their clothes as well as all the outdoor goods they get you on while standing inline - toe warmers, flashlights, carabiners with a compass. Lots of merchandise on the floor so you can find your size. Friendly service. Could shop forever. Oh, and quality yes! read more

Ah the Eddie Bauer roller coaster. 10 years ago, they were at the top of their game. Then the retail crash. Now they are well on their way back. I really like their new Ascent Series of clothing. Nice, higher tech materials, which have a more athletic cut. Customer service at this location has been hit and miss for me. I get great and prompt help on the weekends, but during the week I find it lacking. During my last visit I could not find my size on the floor, but saw it on a shelf just out of reach. Now there was me and 3 other people in the men's section, with 3 employees behind the register folding clothes. Kind of tough to sell clothing from behind the register. I had to walk over and ask for help and by the reaction, was clearly putting the employee out. Anyway, I can find good quality clothes at affordable prices, and sales come around often. They are one of the few places where I am able to find pants to suit my longer inseam - they realize not everyone is short and fat. Sorry short people! Clean-up the weekly customer service issues and I will reward Eddie Bauer with another start. read more

The manager of this store is extremely rude, so I haven't been back. I watched her berate an employee for an unknown slight right in front of other staff, other customers, and of course me, who that person had been helping! Whatever the issue was had nothing to do with the great service that I had been receiving, so it was totally uncalled for. I think the manager's name is Shelly or Kelly. She's a total jerk and I have no interest in spending my money in a store that has a jerk for a manager. read more

If you are considering purchasing an Eddie Bauer brand stroller, I would strongly advise against it. Our stroller tire broke after one year of very light use. After calling their customer service line, we were told that we are basically out of luck and they were not going to do anything to help us and that there are no replacement parts for our particular model. Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service we received and the quality of the item we purchased. read more

So where to I begin? Over the past 20 plus years I've been a huge fan of Eddie Bauer until recently. This is why. Lets start by saying. I have an entire closet full of their clothing, and gear. Mostly First Ascent gear, jackets, pants, fleeces, backpacks, expedition gloves and mittens, etc. I used to love getting great clearance prices on their stuff, and be excited about going to the mall just to go to their stores at any mall they are in. It doesn't seem like that is the case anymore though. So there are really 2 reasons I may not shop there much anymore, and only gave them 3 stars. For one thing the legendary clothing I used to love has changed to be more like The Gap, or Men's Express, even Hollister with much less outdoor type clothing and gear that I loved. Also not sure what happened to the tents, sleeping bags, and adventure type gear? The clothing also got very overpriced on a lot of things. For example, I'm not sure I would spend over $400 on a water resistant First Ascent backpack when I can go to a store like REI and get a much nicer, larger and heavy duty backpack for way less money. The other issue I have is they just remodeled the store and I was shocked. I loved the rustic outdoor look with wood logs, and a mountain cabin feel walking in. I just went into the Park Meadows store yesterday (where I love to shop) and was shocked with the remodel. It's the same issue. It looks like any other young persons clothing store on the walls now. It was all dark with clothing hooks hanging out of the wall and had such a TRENDY feel to it. It lost it's rugged charm. What happened to my beloved Eddie Bauer??? PS. I actually went in to use my $10 rewards on a $10 or comparable item, and just walked out after looking around not even using it. read more
