The food was very hot even when I left it to sit for twenty minutes. The fries were extremely large and crispy. The runza was well put together and the service was excellent. But there were a few of fries that were very crispy and slightly burnt which removed a star from this review. Overall I would eat there again and recommend you to as well. read more

I pulled into the drive thru today I was the only car no one answered the drive thru so after waiting and saying hello I waited again the. I honked and no one answered so I pulled up to the window and saw several employees talking and laughing. I waved and honked and they looked at me but did not come to the window to help me. I was so happy to see a Runza open in Plattsmouth. Every time we go here the staff is amazingly nice the food is way better than a McDonald's and who doesn't love ice cream. So you may not have to go out of your way to find a Runza in Omaha's but if you do have to go out of your way it's worth it. read more

I usually get the burger or chicken finger meal that comes with fries and a drink. The fries are BY FAR my favorite part. We saw this place from the highway on our journey through the state. Had never heard of Runza since we are from Arkansas but it looked interesting so we gave it a chance. We tried the Original Runza and a Runza with swiss and mushrooms. Apparently a Runza is sort of like an awesome soft hot pocket filled with a beef, cabbage, onion, and spice mixture. The bread was amazing and the filling was unique and tasty. The mushroom swiss version really brought it all together. We had sides of "fringe" which are crinkle fries and onion rings so you don't have to decide! During our meal we started doing some research on them and it turns out they have been around in Nebraska since the 50's!! We also learned that they are known for their fresh-made hamburgers and buns, so for dessert I ordered a regular hamburger and for my wife the ever elusive twist cone she is always searching for. The hamburger and cone were both outstanding. The service at this location was excellent and the bathrooms and dining room were super clean. What an awesome place. I wish we could get one of these in Northwest Arkansas. I would be a regular for sure. If you ever get a chance to try one don't pass it up, especially this Plattsmouth location. read more

I have had only one problem with drive through. Yes I had to go back but not only did they fix it but they upgraded it for free. Best fries in town. Salads are fresh, tasty and low cal. The Chili Cinnamon Bun combo is a top in my house. read more

How do you forget the fries in a combo meal..... ordered my food, a combo meal and they gave me my wrap with no fries. Didn't eat in the car so didn't notice until we got home. Pretty sad. read more
