One of my friend's quesadillas was not even melted--cold chicken, cold cheese, basically straight out of the fridge. On top of that, one of my burritos was completely missing from the order. When we asked about a refund, the lady at the front gave both me and my friend serious attitude and refused to refund it, saying they would only remake it. After already waiting forever and seeing how gross the food was, why would we want another one? The place felt disgusting and unclean, and while we were there, people were waiting on their orders even longer than we were. Clearly this is normal for them. Terrible service, terrible food, bad attitudes, and zero accountability. Do better.
