This is delicate, high-end costume jewelry, make no mistake about it. You either love Michal or you don't know what all the fuss is about. It's over the top. It's high drama in the Victorian style. I'm 29 and I even drool over the journal I bought when I was in Israel. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop wondering how he was doing any of it. Mat Franco is probably best known for winning Season 9 of America's Got Talent and now performs his residency, Magic Reinvented Nightly, at The LINQ in Las Vegas. I don't want to say too much because part of the fun is experiencing it for yourself. What I loved most was how much he interacted with the audience. It didn't feel like he was just performing at the crowd. He involved people throughout the show and made the entire room feel part of the experience. Every time I thought I had something figured out, another trick would happen and completely change my mind. Seeing magic on TV is one thing, but seeing it happen right in front of you is mind-blowing. If you've ever been curious about magic or wanted to see a Vegas show that's different from the typical concerts and productions, I would definitely recommend this one. I left amazed and still thinking about some of the tricks afterward.

It became so intolerable that my hubby mentioned our discomfort to one of the ushers. She kindly sat us closer to the stage on a nice cushioned bench. I couldn't believe that they made such nice accommodations for us! Mat Franco is very engaging and very family oriented. We enjoyed his magic show, which is family friendly. You could hear the kids let out oooohs and aaaahs throughout the show. We highly recommend this very entertaining show.

But when I found out about the punk museum, I put it on my bucket list. So, when I was out there last week, I was determined to get there. IT WAS SO WORTH IT. The website suggests reserving an appointment. It also highly suggests rideshare since parking is limited. I did neither. It was a weekday and I was leaving it up to fate. Anyhow, I totally understand why they make those suggestions. There are probably like 12 parking spots or so? And reservation ensures you a guided tour. Having fate on my side, I got a parking spot AND a guided tour by Rob Ruckus. He was already in the middle of the tour, but the front desk told me I might be able to catch up with the group - which I did. We got detailed history, some cool stories on Rob's own personal experiences and we even got to sit on and handle a few displays like Kurt Cobain's couch and Joan Jett "covid" guitar. I think you can hang out in social distortions livingroom set, but I wasn't there for that part of the tour. I spent a whole afternoon going through every display. It was an unforgettable experience and I'm so glad I took the time to visit it. - Founder is Fat Mike - which explains all the NOFX memorabilia lol - Friendly, welcoming staff - I think it was $50? I don't remember - to be honest, I didn't even ask the price. - VERY limited parking - clean and organized - bar, tattoo and music shop located inside the museum - guided tour - gift shop (gah I regret not buying the tiki cup!) - restrooms available - 2 story buiding of history and memorabilia.

Plus, the store didn't offer as much designers compare to Intermix (located next door). However, they did have a wide selection of Free City hoodies & shirts (which i love). Hopefully, in the future Ron Herman will continue to grow and offer more selections. But right now, ill just stick to shopping on their website.

In our case, I am a local, I went with my 5 year old grandson and my 81 year old friend. I had a chose of not going in or paying "VIP" PRICING -- $82 per ticket, no local discount, no age discount. What do you get? Shorter line to get in -- for a moment -- then you merge with everyone else. You wait on same lines for slides, ice cream, etc. The quality of that ice cream is average, the soft serve is below average, the topping cheap. I had expected - and I read a lot of about it -- a fun experience, with good ice cream, and highly engaged staff. The staff was fine, however, they were more like crowd watchers than engaged staff. They fooled me once, and they will never fool me again. However, AREA 15 is well worth it in so many other ways.
