The catch was that we wanted a big lifted truck, but had to be able to tow a 20k+ pound trailer. It took a few weeks to track down all the parts and make sure everything would work right. Actual installation went great, it took about 2 weeks and was delivered on time as promised. That includes Scott having to reorder a few small parts that a vendor misshipped. Installation of all products looks great, everything works right, is aligned well, and looks like factory level of finish. The bill was exactly the amount quoted ahead of time. The truck looks great, super big and badass, and it actually rides nicer on the lift kit and big wheels than it did stock. I was already waiting for 10 minutes when someone finally comes out to tell me there would be a 45 minute wait. There was only one truck in their garage. QUIK... Meaning quick? Nope. The personal is non responsive and the staff under trained. They don't bill that way but I had my auto returned to me after some tire work missing lug nuts!
