They've always given me a fair price for the work on my vehicle. They always do what is asked and never more. Words cannot express how much I appreciate that I can get what I needed taken care of, and no one tries to upsell me when I pick it up. Too many times is a new issue presented when one just got fixed, but I've never had that problem at D and D. Even the owner had reached out to ensure my service was satisfactory. If my vehicle weren't a diesel, I'd say I'd never go anywhere else. But for all non-diesel related issues, I'll always go to D and D.

Just got our truck back and I must say it was a great experience. The catch was that we wanted a big lifted truck, but had to be able to tow a 20k+ pound trailer. It took a few weeks to track down all the parts and make sure everything would work right. Actual installation went great, it took about 2 weeks and was delivered on time as promised. That includes Scott having to reorder a few small parts that a vendor misshipped. Installation of all products looks great, everything works right, is aligned well, and looks like factory level of finish. The bill was exactly the amount quoted ahead of time. The truck looks great, super big and badass, and it actually rides nicer on the lift kit and big wheels than it did stock. I usually get the platinum one or whichever one is the most expensive ($27) which includes everything. I really love that there are people there to guide you into the car wash and they offer you free air fresheners that you can place under your seats or in your door pockets. They also usually use a mop to scrub down the back of your car before you start the wash. My only complaint would be the dryers being really weak or just way too short because it never ever dries my car, it always come out dripping wet. But they do offer clean towels to wipe your car down with if you care about the droplet marks. They also have great vacuums to use afterwards. In the warm summer months they also usually offer glass cleaner for your mirrors, windows, windshields, etc. AND a floor mat washer that you can feed your floor mats into and it's about a 5 min cycle that washes your floor mats real good.
