Great selection here for breakfast and the portions are LARGE. They also offer limited lunch selections (only open until 2:00). Located in a small strip shopping center the venue is medium sized for a restaurant. Arriving at 11:15 AM on a Wednesday we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table but availability seemed to open up after that. I saw a fair amount of young families with preschool children. They do offer a small breakfast for them and seniors. The food is good with creative, tasty (but not avant -gard) selections. Service was mixed; the server who took our order was knowledgeable and trained. The other was crude and seemed like she had never been trained. The worst part was the restrooms. They both smelled, with dirty, inoperable exhaust fans and were neglected.

Hubby and I were starting off my birthday week with breakfast. He asked me where I wanted to eat. Of course it had to be Moe Joe's. We were in the area so it was meant to be. We did have to have a small wait. I love the fact that they were busy! Nothing makes me happier than seeing a local business thrive! It was a little over 10 minutes of wait time. No problem, we chilled in the car till we got our text to come in. We were sat, got coffee and juice ordered and checked out the menu. We were both hungry so everything looked good. My husband decided on a stack of pancakes with chocolate chips and a side of biscuits and gravy. I got the Big boy omelet with Moe Joe's potatoes. Our server, I believe her name is Kendra, was super sweet! I have served her before when she came in and ate my at family's restaurant. She was fabulous as a guest and fabulous at taking care of us today. I had requested a fresh cup of half and half that wasn't used my multiple guests. I'm still bring careful with my new kidney. With no hesitation, she gladly gave me a fresh cup of half and for my coffee. I appreciate her kindness so much. Food came out and booooyyyyy did everything look amazing! My husband's pancakes were fluffy and had plenty of chocolate chips. The biscuits were covered with gravy. My omelet was massive and was also covered in gravy. I was ready to tear into them potatoes! They were nice and charry. I know this meal is about to hit! I don't think I said a word to my husband for 15 minutes. The food was so good! Nothing important needed to be talked about when the food was doing the talking for us. My omelet was stuffed with green peppers, onions and all the 3 meats that came with it. I love love love the gravy on top! The potatoes were crispy on the outside and so soft in the middle. The potatoes with gravy is top tier! Of course I tried my husband's pancakes.... so fluffy and sweet. The biscuits weren't crazy dense. I love that they were airy. I really had to hold back on the pancakes, I still had a whole omelet to work on. But them pancakes were the business! It's sad that this joint is clear across town. I would eat here every week if I could. Everything we had today was so good! Everything I had last time was good! The service is fantastic. I adore Memory and Peyton. Now I get to add Kendra to my list! One of the best breakfast joints in town, hands down! I'm so happy I got to start my birthday week at Moe Joe's! I look forward to coming back very soon.

Hubby and I shared hash with a side of hollandaise and GF pancakes. I also enjoyed the recommended pineapple mimosa. Delightful!

Incredible service and food! Local favorite dishing up favs, even for those of us with food sensitivities. Understated atmosphere keeps it fresh and real.

1/2 Irish Benedict with house potatos

Great non-American standard selection of Bennies and skillet plates, plus standout pancakes. I had the Irish Bennie - hollandaise excellent with a lemon tang, fresh house made corned beef (a tad salty for my taste, but likely not for most)- and really great house potatos with plenty of them. Comfortable space, excellent friendly servers. Only did side was the hot American beverage they seemed to be coffee. They need a local roaster!

We were traveling through to Utah This was a happy accident. We were going to another place and the vibe was terrible. We pulled into the parking lot and saw Moe Joes and glad we did! The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The ambience was really nice and the place was clean we Weill be back next time we travel through.

Everything is still the same service-wise, space, cleanliness. They still text if there's a long wait, which is convenient, so you can wait in your car. We had a different server than our usual this time and she was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. I took away a star because the food wasn't as great as the last few times I visited. The eggs were overcooked (kind of dry and almost rubbery) and the hash browns were under cooked in the center. Now, if you've read my previous review, youd know how much i absolutely LOVE their pancakes - and I've made it my go-to spot for breakfast because of it. Well, either they changed the recipe or someone messed up this batch. It was nice and fluffy, but bland. That signature deliciously buttery flavor was nowhere to be found. I kept taking bites hoping my tongue was deceiving me... but there were no lies. Just disappointment. This is definitely a deal breaker. Maybe I'll try one more time. If it was just a one-time fluke, I'll update this review and stars. :::sigh:::

Looking for Brunch? Well, this is your spot! With a full menu of great choices, Moe Joe's is serving up some of the best house made brunch items we have had in the treasure valley! The house made corned beef is a must try!! Or if you're looking for something sweet, maybe the salted caramel banana bread French toast is for you! Either way, you can't go wrong The inside dining is a little bland with limited seating, but the service was top notch! Our waitress was very friendly & great with our busy kiddos.. great food & great experience! Go get you some!!

Stopped by for brunch on a Monday and it was relatively busy! There's plenty of parking, which is always nice. The service was quick and friendly. I ordered a half BTA Benedict with hash browns, and it was delicious! Definitely will come back to try their other items!

Food is excellent. Service by Hope was outstanding and the eggs Benedict were the best I've ever had. And I don't leave reviews.

Jalapeño Berry Pancakes Smothered Breakfast Burrito

We had the breakfast burrito and the Jalapeño berry pancakes. The burrito was huge, enough for two, and was very tasty. The jalapeño infuses berry syrup was very unique. Taste of berry with just the right amount of kick. Definitely recommend this place. Great menu options and excellent service.

I'd call ahead and get your name on the list as it's quite popular and lots of people eat here. So, we had a group of four. The chicken fried steak was very good with gravy and huge portion. Good luck finishing it. I had corned beef hash unlike any I've ever had. The corned beef as in thin strips with no fat and all taste and fresh. The pancake will most assuredly will be the biggest you've ever seen. It's fluffy and done just right! We went on a Friday. It appeared the place had more tables available around the lunch hour. The wait staff was serving us throughout meal. Checking in regularly. Topping off the coffee and asking about our meal. Next time we visit will try their lunch. (I mean, some of it is greasy and the syrup is gloopy and a bit nasty-- it's better if it's warm-- but overall the food is good). So before I tell you the BIG issue at Joe Momma's, let me first set the scene. JM's looks like a misty mountain cabin come to life. River rock and pinecone and foliage lanterns greet you as you walk up ... log walls and a massive stone fireplace whisper of times gone by as you enter, and hens adorn the dark wood walls. You could easily picture the Fellowship of the Ring sitting in a booth across from you. It's truly charming. So what's the problem with Joe Momma's? The music! It's AWFUL and completely bizarre given the atmosphere of the restaurant. But hey, if blasted mid-2000's Rihanna and Katy Perry songs on a loop (we counted more than 4) is your idea of a good time at 8:30am on a Saturday morning in a log cabin, then you'll love it. I have a feeling Samwise and Frodo would not though and neither did we. The music is loud, very loud. And sounds more like an LA radio station playing Pop's Top Hits from 19 years ago. Which would be okay, I guess, if the energy of the restaurant matched it-- you know, modern architecture, crisp lines, sleek furniture and color design-- think Snooze in Scottsdale, Az which is basically a breakfast night club. But alas, Joe Momma's is beloved because of the misty mountain feel. The upscale Cracker Barrel vibe. The charming, rustic beauty. And the abrasive, bad pop music ruins the whole thing. It's is truly so freaking weird! Maybe they could keep the Pop for the lunch rush, but PLEASE Joe Momma's, for the love of Frodo, leave breakfast alone and come up with a playlist that matches your beloved establishment!!

The eggs were actually poached perfectly. Seriously, my mouth is watering just reflecting on the food. The toasted single ciabatta is something that I liked versus a couple English muffins. The smoked ham a tad salty but paired with the hollandaise very well. Ripe tomatoes. The greens for a side was my choice versus potatoes. I'll have to try the potatoes next time because this day was going to be hot and smokey, so I needed to keep it light. I drink coffee black, and the coffee was really good. On the service, as some have complained about, I can't really speak to that. I went in before work, so I was there at 7. By the time I left at 7:45, two more tables came in and one had already left. 9 or 10am on a Sunday is probably different. So the service was good for me. The million dollar bacon as they call it is nothing to brag about either. So let's get into it a bit more. My meal was Avocado Toast that was decent but not great. When ordering Avocado toast I don't expect my avocado to be mashed and put on with a scoop of it, most places I get it have it sliced and looking presentable and the poached eggs on top as part of the presentation as well not slopped in a cup on the side. It would have also been nice if they had everything bagel seasoning for the dish as well and could offer to customers. The fall breakfast sandwich my friend ordered was awful and way over flavored with the maple. We ended up getting that replaced it was that bad. I would also like to add that the potato's are not that great either. Tasted like they were undercooked and had a crunch to the cent of them not a crispy exterior. When it came to the service it was good and she was really nice and accommodating to the over the top friend that was there enjoying brunch with me. She handled him like a pro. This Griddle is located at McMillan and 10 Mile, in the same shopping center as The Broken Yolk. Tucked in the corner, it has lots of windows, providing a nice view of trees and grass from the inside. There is also an outdoor patio that looked inviting. The inside is much the same as the other locations. High ceiling, a mixture of booths around the perimeter and tables on the main floor. There is counter seating as well. I'm not sure about the other locations, but this Griddle has the sound dampener squares in the ceiling that, in my opinion, probably keep the noise level down and make it easier to talk. This morning, Thursday, it was seat yourself. We chose a booth toward the back. Our server, Valeria, was excellent. She kept our water glasses filled and a warm up of my coffee before it got below 3/4. She was nice and attentive. A great server. My wife had eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and toast. I had the Veggie Lovers omelet, hashbrowns, and toast. My wife enjoyed her entree, and I tried the maple sausage and it was tasty. We both ordered our hashbrowns crispy, and the top was nice and brown. My omelet was just OK for me. a few artichoke hearts on top, with spinach, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes inside. The onions were chopped into fairly large chunks, which I don't really care for. I felt it lacked flavor, despite me salting it, twice, and putting salsa on top (not spicy). They give you one piece of toast, which I actually like, because I don't need to eat too much bread. I don't think I'd order that omelet again. All in all, my first visit to this Griddle was very nice and we will certainly be back.
