When I went to sign the paperwork the monthly payment and price were higher then what the sales person and I had shook on.. I mistakenly assumed this was because I added Gap Insurance. I did not find out until I received the title that they charged me a whole $5k more than I agreed to pay for the truck.... Please, do not give these people your business. They do not deserve it. They are scammers and will try to take advantage of you at ever turn. They do not care about their customers. Period.

I went to pick it up and paid the $1,148 bill, but when I inspected the truck, I realized it still had no brakes. I complained, and they said they would check it again. A short while later, they came back and told me I had to pay another $3,956 for the repair. I told them I had just paid $1,148 and they hadn't done anything. All I want is for them to credit the money I paid for nothing toward the new invoice--though even that new bill seems incredibly expensive; $2,070 just for labor is outrageous. It's more than just expensive--it's a scam.

Lost the driver I had for the truck and lost the guy I had I thought I had to replace him because of how long this process has taken. Not able to make a dollar for 2 months because of this bs.
