Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.

As Steves notes on their website, their rental equipment is far newer than all other nearby rental locations. Having experienced starting issues with equipment rented elsewhere, Steves equipment is far superior. Likewise, their customer service from Steve and Stephen is second to none. Their equipment is not only new but well Maintained and they offer delivery service if you need larger equipment and don't have a larger truck to move it. If you need to rent anything I highly recommend them as your first and only rental center.

From the minute I called him, when I was so recently bereaved, he was as helpful and caring as family. He guessed our request was for sitting shiva and offered chairs and table and tablecloth, and by the very next morning he had set up a 20x20 tent in my father's backyard, and even returned with a gift for him. If you have ever been to a Taylor Rental, it is a place to rent expensive equipment such as tools,…read moreparty equipment and even heavy machinery. Having not ever run a paint sprayer before, I decided to rent one to redo a basement with Latex paint on the walls. Calling three or four days ahead allows you to reserve it by putting down a credit card. Seems easy right? That is until you meet the staff at this particular location. Not a lot of personality nor an ounce of customer service. No greetings, no anything. I mean its situated in Wellesley (no offense) but its a rental place for crying out loud. Regardless, the rental seems smooth (except for the $150 deposit you have to put down to rent one of these things) and then I get home to use it and the thing does not want to work with the thickness of the paint. Diluting it does not work either so it basically fails. I return it one day early only to be beaten up by I guess the owner who looked like he was either having a bad day or hates working at a Taylor Rental, because he would have never rented this to me, had he knew I was using it for a basement. The guy not only started going off on me, he started going off on the guy helping me to return this. I told him to eat the deposit for the trouble and have a nice day. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen and this is one of the worst rental places in the area. Tell you what, educate your customers on your equipment prior to renting and go learn some customer service! if you ever want to rent something, stick with the location in West Roxbury. At least you won't get treated poorly by some irate manager.
