I had a very busy week upcoming before traveling and really needed to get a new phone that day therefore I placed my order over the phone with a customer service rep for Verizon not associated with this store location earlier that morning. After the store opened and my order was placed I called the store and asked when my phone would be ready since to pick up since it was going take a while to drive out to this store. They said I could come in and pick it up. When I got to the store I waited over thirty minutes to be helped then was told they didn't have the phone in stock and couldn't fulfill my order. They recommended I try a different store and said they couldn't help unless I wanted to wait for the phone to be sent to the store. I explained the whole reason I didn't have it sent to my house was that it was time sensitive and if I wanted to wait for one to be sent I wouldn't waste time having it sent to a store. I called the Verizon customer back and asked if they would be able to transfer the order to a different store that had my phone and was told they could not. That the order would have to be canceled out and a new order created. I had already spent a lot of time that morning setting that order up with the Sunday ticket package and my perks and didn't want to have to start over. They recommended that I go to a different store and see if they could duplicate my order. The store they recommended was walking distance from my house and the original store I asked to use when I first called to set up my order, but was told that store wasn't eligible for in store pick up. After I drove home I walked over to that store and was told I couldn't do the offer the original Verizon agent said I could and said I would have to add a new line which would end up costing an extra $2199 over 36 months. No thanks! I ended up leaving the store without a new phone. After being with Verizon for a few years I am now in the process of switching carriers because of their false advertising and misleading/poor customer service. Find another phone service provider and store.

Do not believe a word they tell you. Ask for confirmation in writing and you will see they cannot provide it.

So I had called prior and made a 12:30 appointment to trade in my phone. As soon as I stepped inside the place had a funny unpleasant smell to it. Additionally, the store just looked empty, soulless, and depressing. I walk in and no one acknowledges me for a good couple minutes and the person who I made the appointment with Randy wasn't even there. I was told he went to pick up lunch. I was like ok, how long can that really take. I end up waiting 25 minutes... no Randy. In the mean time I hear the other associates say the system is down. I get fed up waiting and go to another associate to see if he can help me. Mind you he did not come up to me and see if I needed help while waiting. He tries to help and can't do anything due to the system being down. While this is happening Randy walks in, 30min late. Pays no heed to me because he forgot the appointment, which was made the same day... Randy did not even care, he did not come up and apologize or anything. It's like he spit on my patronage... I proceeded to walk out and say I will never be returning to this location when the other associate asks if he should call me when the system is up.
