As promised to a wonderful employee of the Russian Agency in an office in Los Angeles, I am writing off this review about the company. Russian Agency is great professionals and they work super-clearly, adequately and, what important for me, as an entrepreneur, honestly. I contacted this agency on the issue of completing a full set of documents for my daughter, whom we gave birth here in December 2019. A complete set is understood as a passport, legalization of a birth certificate (apostille and translations), a citizenship stamp (this is important!). I mean we needed documents to return to Russia with our baby and we received them in super-tight deadlines (2.5 weeks). A separate curtsy to an employee of the Los Angeles office is the kindest soul and a wonderful consultant. In general, friends - I recommend it to everyone, please contact with them. Great Service. I needed to renew my Russia Passport, but with the closing of the consulates, my only option was to go to Washington, DC. to do this. Russian Passport and Visa Agency knew their stuff. They had an alternative. They sent my passport directly to Moscow for renewal.By-passing the Russian Embassy in DC. My passport was completed in about 4 weeks!
