Each time the service was done wrong, they would fill my already full skimmer right back into the tank and re pump the crap the skimmer had been collecting for the last three weeks. So much for a water change! The last time this happened, I called that evening to have someone call me. No call back, no response, nothing. Am I out of line here? Besides Lupine, Jill has an extensive list of other pet products you might not think you need until you see them. ;) Jill's communication and customer service are phenomenal. She's lovely to speak with. Always get a personal thank you email for an order and another when the order ships. She's even called to let me know an item wasn't in stock and did I want to wait until she got it, or cancel that part of the order.
