Awful service .Rude and over priced. I took my dog there…read morefor years and not once did they tell me he had any major issues. I did the yearly tests, shots, heat wormer, etc.,and everything else a dog owner should keep up with . Then one weekend night he was at urgent care and I found out he had cancer. You would think Mountain View could have caught that being that I had just took him there the weekend prior for an illness. I'll never go there again.

Became a first time customer a few weeks ago after our normal vet couldn't see our chihuahua for…read moreher worsening cough. COVID restrictions let one customer in at a time, but they scheduled such that there was no awkward waiting and juggling of customers outside the clinic. The two vets/clinicians who looked her over were friendly and seemed attentive. Prices weren't bad ($50 for about 20-30 minutes) yet two medicines prescribed ($60+) were a bit expensive, yet seemed close to the range of what our regular vet may charge with meds they supply at time of checkup. The $25 appointment reservation was fair and was credited to the total bill. What made me even happier with the visit was Mountain View making a follow up call a few days later to see how she was behaving, taking the meds, and if symptoms were improving. The symptoms our dog was exhibiting could be related to a larger issue, so I appreciate that they recommended a course of treatment that didn't front-load possibly unnecessary expenses like X-ray, etc, until after trying the recommended prescriptions first. That touch of care made our first experience with Mountain View worth it for a repeat. Thankfully she is doing much better now.

She didn't sleep and paced all night. This was heartbreaking to watch. I didn't know what was wrong. I made an appt with Dr.Panter next morning. I appreciated his attention to Daisy and his compassion. I noticed how delicately he was handling my hurting baby. He took his time explaining his observations and suggested x-rays to detect spinal problems prone in this breed. This took tops 20 mins-something I'm not used to as I'm from Los Angeles lol and the prices were affordable which was a huge plus. He showed me the inflamed areas on Daisy and gave her a morphine derivative injection to make her comfortable. I traveled back to Los Angeles two days later and had additional questions for Dr.Panter which he responded to and advised me via phone. Happy with the care and service I received at this vet.

This Veterinary is so poor receptionist. My wife and I were fostering a dog from the California…read morefires and the dog (Myah is her name) was getting spayed. The receptionist didn't take her name down just what shelter with a attitude. Well they didn't give Myah any pain medication, a cone, and was still all so drugged up once picked up from the vet. The receptionist was very rude to my wife when she was asking them questions about care for Myah. Regardless if the shelter didn't pay for a cone or medicine they should've done something or given a cone. Myah has been through enough with that fire and being moved around finding a new home. Have some more respect for these poor animals.
