We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.
