Rutba is a great desi eatery if you're visiting from out of town. A bit tough to navigate as they're located on the second floor of a massive strip mall in the Asian district. Plenty of parking. Good service, friendly staff always willing to help and answer questions. The restaurant itself is very clean, and I love that. Definitely hygienic and the decor is really fun to look at also. We frequent this spot for samosa chaat and karak chai (we ask for no masala). The naan is buttery and soft, and the curries are flavorful and not highly oil dense as most desi restaurant food is. The price point is average and on the higher side. I've been charged $3 dollars for a small order of chutney before. -1 star as a tiny condiment should not be charged accordingly. I also have asked for extra chutney on my samosa chaat on two different occasions and it's always seemed to be an issue. Whether I'm getting odd glares, or $3 dollar chutney charges for 10 dollars chaat. Feels a bit illogical to me. Will we be back? Definitely Do I hope they change this? Absolutely All in all 4 stars Cheers to good eats Yelpers xx

Delicious, flavorful, great spice levels. Wasn't overly full once done eating. Would go back.

Rutba is tucked up top in one of Chinatown's plazas. The restaurant is big and clean modern sleek feel. It wasn't busy when we came mid afternoon for a late lunch. Our server was fast and friendly. The dishes came out fairly quickly. The food was tasty but I was hoping for a little more flavor. The spice level was good. Of course you can always make more or less spicy. Dish size was a decent portion. Overall if you are in the area, check it out. There are Vegan options but you have to ask. Most are located in the vegetarian section. Also if you want rice, you have to order separately, it does not come with your dish.

Interesting location for an Indian Restaurant. I highly suggest parking at the west side of the shopping center, which will take you directly to this restaurant on the second floor. Otherwise, good luck finding parking at the main parking lot or garage parking on the first level. Decor and ambiance of this place is cute. There's TVs at the bar, but they were off. Would be nice if they had sports on the TV, even if they just had the subtitles while we enjoy some Indian music in the background. It was hardly busy on a Saturday night. We ordered the pani puri, lamb rogan josh, chicken korma, butter naan, and cheese naan. I like how their menu includes more offerings than other Indian Places I've gone to. The chicken korma had a good creamy nutty flavor that I like. The lamb rogan josh was a bit on the salty side. The naan was ok in my opinion because I like naan that's still partially doughy and not too cooked. Overall nice place for some good Indian Food.

As two people that love some good spicy Indian food, we were not disappointed!! First off, it's in the infamous sushi nekko parking lot, so heads up, parking is rough. Other than that, very easy to get to location on spring mountain. Restaurant is located on the second floor and when we arrived we're greeted pretty quickly into a modern looking restaurant. It already smelled amazing from the diners enjoying their meals. We were quickly sat, gave a rundown of the menu and given a chance to look over. Soo much to choose from with both meat and vegetarian option. We were famished so we decided to order a few things. The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious packed with flavor and heat. If you are shy on the spicy side, they have an option of mild, medium, hot and extra hot. Since we haven't been there before we ordered hot for all items. In the future, since we like spicy, we would go with the extra hot. Mind you the hot is pretty hot! Player two ordered a vegetarian lentil curry and I ordered the chicken korma. Side of 2 orders of chili garlic gnaan and also chicken biryani. As soon as the food hit the table I was damn near salivating hahaha smelled so good and I was also starving. Needless to say the food didn't last long. The chicken biryani was probably the spiciest of the 3 entrees. At first had a small kick but the lingering spice built over the next bite or 2. The yogurt sauce helped quench the fire. The chicken korma was packed with flavor and a generous portion. The yellow lentil curry had such great flavor and depth I couldn't stop dipping the gnaan in the curry. We will definitely be back here as it's on the top of our list for good Indian cuisine in the city. Great staff, friendly and quick. I would highly recommend this location.

We arrived for an early dinner around 5:30pm, the lady saw us after a few minutes, walked past us, did not greet us, just walked us to our table. The place was clean and there was just one other party other than us. We ordered the samosa chaat and Gobi manchurian and some Lassi, nimbu pani. Food arrived promptly. The samosa chaat left a lot to be desired 2/5. The gobi looked like orange chicken and the sauce had similar flavors 2/5. At $16/17 the portion size for Gobi was simply a joke. We ordered chilli garlic naan , onion kulcha and saag paneer for main course. The breads were exceptionally good 5/5. The saag paneer tasted great, except it could use more paneer 4/5. The lassi was decent. They definitely need to improve on the serving staff who were grumpy.

Rutba Indian Kitchen is located on the second floor in a group of other restaurants in Chinatown. There is an elevator or you can walk up the steps but be careful because one step is broken. Inside is beautiful, modern looking and very clean. It looks like they have a full bar and on holidays they offer a buffet. Two different people served us who were friendly. We started with the Samosa Chaat and the Pani Puri. The Samosa Chaat is a more chopped up style that I'm not so familiar with but it was tasty. It was less crunchy than I'm used to but still tasty. I also don't come across Pani Puri very often so I had to try them here. They were very crisp, light, and tasty. A little different than the last ones I had but tasty. I thought the Chicken Korma was masterfully prepared and also was a good generous size. The Garlic Chili Naan and the Chana Masala were also delicious and very good. Rutba Indian Kitchen is a very good stop for Indian Cuisine.

This place continues to impress! Now they have full bar. Food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Service is amazing too. We stuck with our usual favorites chicken tikka masala, malai kofta, chilli garlic naan..everything was great!

Charming Indian restaurant with lovely decor, friendly staff, and unpretentious but delicious Indian food. I was in the mood for some authentic, homely Indian food after having fancy food for three days at a conference and other upscale restaurants in Vegas. A quick search on Yelp pointed me to this highly rated Indian eatery. I ordered a beer to get started and then zeroed in on some chili chicken for appetizers and a goat biryani for my entrée. The chili chicken was hot and tasty. Flavor-wise, it was great, but I wish the chicken fritters were coated better with batter before tossing them in that hot chili sauce. But still, they were delicious. The goat biryani tasted straight out of a North Indian restaurant from the 90s in India - I was nostalgic eating it. The meat was tender, the rice was well cooked, and the masala had the right amount of zing and fried onions. I really enjoyed it. Do try this place if you are in the mood for Indian food in Vegas in Chinatown, a few minutes from the Strip by car.

Amazing food and service. Been having cravings and my cousin told me how he and his wife been coming here and how they love it. I was greeted and seated right away. The restaurant was a little empty because it was early dinner time, but filled up by the time I was finished and ready to leave. I noticed the beautiful chandeliers and the dining room is beautifully decorated. Ordered a few items and it came out hot and delicious. You can taste the fresh ingredients and it wasn't saturated in salt. I had an amazing time, truly enjoyed my dinner and will definitely be back.

My husband and I checked out Rutba Indian Kitchen because it made Yelp's Best of Vegas list, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We started with a warm chai tea and the samosa chaat, and then moved to the lamb biryani and tandoori chicken. All of the dishes were flavorful, even though we ordered mild. We will definitely be back to try more dishes!

A wonderful Indian buffet spot not far from The Strip. With just $25 per person, it's a deal breaker with various options in both Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes. Service is quick, no crowd, ample of seating and nice cozy ambiance. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend this restaurant when craving Indian food in Las Vegas.

Friday evening dinner on Spring Mountain Road. Located on the second floor but if you go up the ramp on the far left you avoid climbing the stairs. Nice artwork displayed with ethnic music playing. The restaurant I chose from Yelp since it said 5 stars. It was not even 1/3 full when we arrived so service was good and the savory dishes came out quickly. Although I ordered medium it was spicier for hubs and I but not for Doc. The mango lassi was perfect, not too sweet. That and the cucumbers in the two orders of salads helped cool down the spice level. Both naans were thin with a nice edge. I made the mistake of ordering chicken tikka masala and butter chicken cuz the sauces were very similar. Tandoori Chicken might have been a better choice. The three different traditional Indian homemade ice creams sounded good but we were too stuffed.

I normally don't spontaneously try new restaurants, especially when I'm hungry. However I do love to see great reviews from fellow Yelp Sista's, and Brutha's. The reviews did not tell ONE LIE. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by who I thought was the Owner. He has such a calm and pleasant demeanor. His name is Vishal. This man walked me through certain menu items that I'd found on a number of fellow Yelpies pages. Vishal told me how much food it'll be and when I say, I didn't know they eat like it's a last Harvest daily? I was ECSTATIC!! I was overly excited when the plates started flowing towards my very large Corian or Granite table top Sizzling. It's lovely inside of this very intimate Indian restaurant. I truly was taken aback of how low the foot traffic was to dine here. * I'm a TRUE BELIEVER that there are many different SEASONS and REASONS Why things happen. Even though I was set out to order Take Out from a Woman small business Owner (Women's History Month). Her business just happened to be closed. I was led to look up and search for other food spots in the area of where I already was. Spice Indian Cuisine was one of the FIRST restaurants to pop up on my feed of food choices. I saw the pictures, read several very happy Yelp customer reviews and I was SOLD. Then this much buffer man came in the door. He walked over to me and asked, Is Everything Okay? I knew that he was the OWNER at that moment. He was even more calmer than Vishal lol. Hari is his name. I introduced myself to him, and told him, I'm gonna Help you get more business. He seemed very enthusiastic but kinda hesitant when I told him What I do for a hobby. I also explained to him that I had a big following (14 million) on Google and even though I have distanced myself from Google reviews. I will do my BEST to share my photos', my detailed review, and videos . In hopes that it will intrigue other people's interests to come and eat at Hari's small restaurant that also has AYCE Buffet from 11a.m-4p.m. Tips are HIGHLY WELCOME. Hari told me when COVID hit his business took a major decline and it was never able to get back to that. I met several people that have already said, They LOVE GOOD INDIAN FOOD and would LOVE to try his cuisine. I spoke to a female Army Vet and she'd been stationed in the Middle East at one point. She said there was a dish (starts with an M) that you scoop up with your hands...that she will never forget it just that GOOOOOD LOL. I had ended up trying the Papadam, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken (served w/white rice), and a Sprite soda. FYI; The Tandoori Chicken has LEVELS of spice. I will go down to a level One next time, Vishal offered me 1-10. Of course I just knew a three would be for chumps like me but NOPE, I'm just a chimp lmao. I was chugging my water at first then I started to except the heat lol SMDH. I had sooooo much food leftovers, the next day. I was glad to finish everything but the Butter Chicken. Its more than a shareable portion of foods. Great quality and quantity here. Please give them a try, and tell em' I sent ya. Peace, Love, and Continued BLESSINGS in our country that's shifting...not for a Greater Good. WE ALL GOTTA STAY SAFE.

We ordered a huge spread--Paneer Chilli, Paneer Peshwari, Paneer Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta, five garlic butter naans, two tandoori rotis, Kadai Mutton, Tandoori Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Kabab--and almost everything was a disappointment. Paneer Chilli: This was the first red flag. It was super tangy--so sour it overpowered every other flavor. Instead of a balanced Indo‑Chinese dish, it tasted like someone dumped vinegar straight into the pan. Paneer Peshwari: Easily one of the worst dishes of the night. The curry didn't even look like a curry--it looked like oil and water had completely separated, floating in layers. It was unappetizing before we even tasted it, and somehow tasted even worse. Paneer Tikka Masala: This one was shocking. The paneer tasted stale, like it had been sitting around far too long, and the sauce was basically a thin, bland tomato soup pretending to be tikka masala. No richness, no spice, no depth. Malai Kofta: Mushy, oddly sour, and completely off in texture. It didn't resemble the creamy, flavorful dish it's supposed to be. Breads: The garlic butter naan was limp and greasy, and the tandoori rotis were so dry they felt like they'd been forgotten in the oven. Nothing tasted fresh. Kadai Mutton: All heat, no flavor. It felt like someone added chili powder and called it a day. The meat didn't taste seasoned or cooked with care. Tandoori Chicken & Chicken Tikka Kabab: Both were overcooked, dry, and surprisingly flavorless. Tandoori dishes are supposed to be the highlight of any Indian restaurant, but these were just sad. For the price and the reputation this place claims to have, the entire meal felt like a complete letdown. Nothing tasted balanced, nothing tasted fresh, and nothing made us want to return. Based on our experience, this was easily one of the worst meals we've had in Vegas. We brought our guests here and paid freaking $500 for worst food. Zero customer service even after providing feedback. We had Mint previously many times and this was utterly worst experience ever. Never coming back again and spreading same message to my friends and family.

We ordered the paneer tikka and chicken mandi from their extensive Mandi House menu. The paneer tikka was flavorful and well-prepared. The chicken mandi, however, was just okay - not bad, but didn't particularly stand out. The portions were absolutely massive - honestly too much to finish in one sitting. Unfortunately, since the food wasn't amazing enough to get excited about leftovers, we ended up leaving quite a bit behind, which felt wasteful.[Attachment] That said, I'm giving this place 4 stars primarily because finding quality halal food in Las Vegas can be challenging, and Hashtag India fills that need nicely. The restaurant is halal-certified (as shown by the halal certification seal on their menu), which is a huge plus for those looking for halal dining options on the Strip. The menu offers a wide variety of mandi options including vegetarian and meat choices, with different portion sizes available. The space is family-friendly and the service was decent. Bottom line: While the food might not blow you away, it's a reliable spot for halal Indian food in Vegas. The generous portions are great if you're very hungry or sharing, but be prepared for leftovers you might not want to save. If you've ever traveled to India, this is a place that will say, "Welcome home to true scratch cooking from the land of Bharat!" And that richness carries on through the mains. The chicken korma was buttery, and velvety, and everything you think home-cooked Indian food should be. The daal makhani was equally rich and spiced to the max. Lots of layers of flavor here mean that the scratch cooking care shows. Even the house-made mango lassi, which is packaged to-go on site, was so thick I had to cut it with some water mid way through. This was like dessert in a bottle all the way through. And the offer for more rice was made without prompting... not a feature you often find at an Indian place, where rice is often extra per portion. This is friendly service with an open hand that takes no other gestures to be exceptional. For the non-spicy eaters out there, the korma is a good choice. Mom said the daal had a bit too much kick for her, but I didn't notice any pique in it at all. And if you want more spice, there's mint chutney and the jalapeño-sesame salsa. All good stuff! As for atmosphere, the tables are simple and decorated with a single floor to echo the decore on the walls. The dinner lighting is appropriately dimmed, matching the Beatles/U2-infused soft-rock. enlightenment tracks. It would be easy to spend a whole evening here stuffing yourself full of basmati-fueled sub-continental goodness. The portion size here would make this ideal for more than one could eat alone, and would do well to serve a party of hundreds when scaled up. And the steady foot traffic of take-out customers tells me I'm not alone in thinking this. I'm definitely putting this on my Diwali list for next October. For those traveling by bus, the CX & 202 will bring you east to here from the Caesar's Palace stops on the Strip. Either the Hughes Center or the Paradise Road stop will get you within a block or so for walking. Whether you're from here in town, or you've flown in from afar, this is a place that will take you back home to the Indus Valley places you remember in your heart. And at a price point that is right around $20 per dish, rice INCLUDED, in late January 2026 is a great deal in any market. So come in for some good grub soon... and enjoy!

Super nice & they even have a bar! We can't wait to return to try the cocktails next time! Highly recommend!

We had open table credit and looked around for something near our hotel room that night. Hub found…read morethis and we like Indian food, especially dosa, which is on very few menus in this city. As we drove to the restaurant the area did not look inviting, but once inside, you get a more sophisticated experience. Most of the places we go to are not known for ambience...so I applaud the effort to make this nice. Soft Indian instrumental music was on....this was going to make this experience even better. We got some water and got our usual order of Chicken Tikka Masala, a Masala Dosa and butter naan. Dosa came first..had some beautiful sauces....and full of potato. Best Dosa I have ever had....hub agreed. The chicken tikka was ordered spicy and this did not disappoint. I thought the portion size was quite generous and it came with a flavorful rice. The naan was a little small, but it worked due to the oversize of the Dosa and the Tikka. I would bring friends here next time because the space is so nice. Our Waiter was just amazing and he worked with us on the Open table stuff. A definite must return!!

Second time visiting Chowrasta, and I'm happy to see they've updated their ordering system. You can…read morenow scan a QR code at the table and place your order directly, which is a huge improvement since the wait for service was quite long during our last visit. It definitely makes the dining experience much smoother and more convenient. We visited on the weekend specifically for the Paneer Mandi Biryani, and it did not disappoint. The biryani was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The paneer paired with the creamy malai sauce was easily the highlight of the meal. Absolutely delicious. Mandi comes with gobi appetizer, which was decent but not particularly memorable. It was okay compared to the rest of the food. One suggestion would be to include a little more paneer curry with the biryani, as the current portion doesn't feel fully sufficient. Overall, we had a great experience and would still rate this place highly. The staff were friendly, and the location is excellent -- right across from Mandalay Bay on the Strip. The ample parking available in the back is also a huge plus. We'll definitely be returning to try more dishes.

For the first time in the last three decades, we felt like walking out of a restaurant because of…read morethe chaos with the management and service. The kitchen may be doing wonders, but when we visited, most of the items we were interested in were not available. We were told it would take about an hour to prepare them again. They did not even have enough tea available. Since we could not wait that long, we decided to leave. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Some of the people working there were giggling and behaving in a very silly manner, which made the situation feel even more chaotic. I have honestly not seen this kind of disorganized restaurant environment before. The restaurant manager seemed to be managing the place more like a grocery store than a restaurant. I do not want to comment on the ambience yet, but I hope they make the environment look and feel more professional. That said, I am willing to give this restaurant another chance in the future.
